Benedictus Qui Venit in Nomine Domini, Hosanna in Excelsis, part twenty-five
There is a scene in For Greater Glory: The True Story of Cristiada depicting a clandestine meeting on a railway train between two Mexican bishops and Dwight Morrow, the American Ambassador to Mexico. Morrow said that it was time for “peace and reconciliation” between the Cristeros and the Mexican government of the anti-clerical Masonic Marxist, Plutarco Elias Calles. As Morrow was speaking, though, bodies of dead Mexicans hanging from telegraph poles could be seen from the window of the private compartment in which the meeting took place, One of the two bishops took a sip of tea and said to Morrow, “Peace and reconciliation, Mister Ambassador?” Morrow, visibly upset, asked to excuse himself as he became physically ill at the sight of the slain Mexicans who were killed for adhering to the Catholic Faith.
Well, United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio, a certified Catholic Zionist, said on Monday, September 15, 2025, the Feast of the Seven Dolors of the Blessed Virgin Mary in September and the Commemoration of Saint Nicomedes, that the government of the United States of America supported the government of the State Israel “one hundred percent.”
Take a look for yourselves at what is happening now in Gaza City as the Israeli ground invasion, accompanied by massive air strikes, is accomplishing the murderous Benjamin Netanyahu’s mission to make sure that “nothing remains” in Gaza as the long suffering people there are forced to flee to areas where they will be “contained” by Zionists for their own “protection,” you understand:
JERUSALEM/CAIRO (Reuters) - Israel announced the start of its long-awaited ground operation into Gaza City on Tuesday, declaring "Gaza is burning".
Smoke rises from Gaza after an explosion, as seen from the Israeli side of the border, September 16, 2025.
An Israeli military official said the Israeli Defence Forces had begun the main stage of their ground operation into Gaza City, the main urban centre in the enclave, where Israel has ordered hundreds of thousands of residents to flee.
The military gave few initial details but said its troops had begun "dismantling Hamas terrorist infrastructure in Gaza City". Residents should leave.
"Gaza is burning," Defence Minister Israel Katz posted on X. "The IDF strikes with an iron fist at the terrorist infrastructure and IDF soldiers are fighting bravely to create the conditions for the release of the hostages and the defeat of Hamas."
Residents said bombardment of the city had been ramped up dramatically over the past two days, with heavier explosions that destroyed dozens of homes, and naval boats joining tanks and planes in the bombardment of the coast.
"We have launched a significant operation in Gaza," Netanyahu said at the start of testimony in court in an ongoing corruption trial.
RUBIO SHOWS US SUPPORT FOR ISRAELI HARD LINE
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who visited on Monday, offered apparent backing for the Israeli government's decision to abandon ceasefire talks and use force to smash Hamas.
While the United States wished to see a diplomatic end to the war, "we have to be prepared for the possibility that's not going to happen", Rubio said. He endorsed the Israeli demand that Hamas surrender its weapons and free all remaining hostages at once, as the only way to end the war.

Gaza health officials reported at least 24 people killed, most of them in Gaza City, in the early hours of the assault.
Netanyahu ordered the military last month to capture Gaza City, which he describes as the last stronghold of the militant group that launched the October 2023 surprise attack on Israel that precipitated the war.
Much of Gaza City was already laid to waste in the early weeks of the war in 2023, but around 1 million Palestinians had returned there to homes among the ruins. Forcing them out means nearly the entire population of Gaza will now be confined to encampments along the coast further south in what Israel calls a humanitarian area.
Israeli forces had been operating on the outskirts of Gaza City for weeks, edging closer to the centre of the city. An Israeli security official briefing reporters on Monday said around 320,000 people were estimated to have left Gaza City so far, while some 650,000 are thought to remain.
t was not possible to verify the figures independently. Thousands of residents have been fleeing in caravans with their belongings.
Israel's political leaders say the offensive is part of a plan to dismantle Hamas as a political and armed organization. Netanyahu has insisted the group must lay down its weapons and have no future role in Gaza.
The Israeli military has leveled buildings in Gaza City suburbs in recent weeks, including high-rise towers.
The United Nations and countries critical of Israel's tactics say they amount to forced mass displacement and that conditions in the crowded southern areas where residents are being sent are dire, with little food.
Some Israeli military commanders have also expressed concern about the operation, warning that it could endanger the remaining hostages captured by Hamas during the October 2023 attacks, and may be a "death trap" for troops.
ISRAELI ARMY CHIEF URGES NETANYAHU TO PURSUE CEASEFIRE
Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, at a meeting Netanyahu convened late on Sunday with security chiefs on the Gaza City offensive, urged Netanyahu to pursue a ceasefire deal, according to three Israeli officials, two of whom were in the meeting and one of whom was briefed on its details.
Hostage families gathered outside Netanyahu's home in Jerusalem late on Monday as news of the intensified strikes in Gaza streamed in.
"Our loved ones in Gaza are being bombarded by the IDF under the orders of the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister has decided to send IDF soldiers to areas where our loved ones are located, who might be harmed and not return alive," said Anat Angrest, whose son Matan is among the 20 hostages believed to still be alive. "He is doing everything to ensure there is no deal and not to bring them back."
Hamas attacked Israel in October 2023, killing 1,200 people and taking about 251 hostages, Israeli tallies show. Israeli authorities say 20 of the remaining 48 hostages in Gaza are alive.
Israel's subsequent military assault against Hamas has killed over 64,000 Palestinians, Gaza's health ministry said, while a global hunger monitor said part of the enclave is suffering from famine. Israel already controls about 75% of Gaza. (Israel says 'Gaza is burning' as it launches ground assault.)
One hundred percent support, Mister Secretary?
One hundred percent support for wanton murder, the destruction of an ancient city, and the displacement of innocent human beings?
One hundred percent support for the Israeli boasting that “Gaza is burning”?
For what?
For Benjamin Netanyahu’s “Greater Israel” madness that he thinks will usher the arrival of the Zionist concept of the political messiah who will restore Israel to its “rightful place” territorially and religiously?
Or one hundred percent support for Donald John Trump’s desire to turn the Israeli-destroyed Gaza into a “riviera” of the Mideast?
President Donald Trump, who had snubbed Benjamin Netanyahu when he came to ask him to annex Gaza, is reportedly preparing to take control of the Palestinian territory. While Tel Aviv prepares to annex the entirety of Mandatory Palestine and, on the contrary, Egypt and Jordan have the keys to the Palestinian Authority, a vast real estate operation worth $100 billion is being considered.
President Donald Trump convened a meeting at the White House on August 27 to gather suggestions for the future of Gaza. Attending the meeting were Vice President J.D. Vance, Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, former first-term adviser Jared Kushner, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, and Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer.
No statement was issued after the meeting. However, according to the Washington Post , the Gaza Strip would be “administered by the United States for at least 10 years while it is transformed into a glittering tourist resort and a center of high-tech manufacturing and technology.” A whopping $100 billion would be invested there.
This possible operation corresponds to the vision of the “Jacksonians.” In 1830, President Andrew Jackson (1829-1837) promulgated the Indian Removal Act. To end the Indian Wars, he proposed assigning them reservations rather than continuing to massacre them. The removal of the Indians was particularly deadly for the Cherokees (the “Trail of Tears” episode), but they accepted this form of peace, while almost all other Indian tribes rejected it. Two centuries later, only the Cherokee tribe has become rich and integrated, while all other tribes have been marginalized. Without a doubt, Jackson’s method succeeded in ending the genocide of the Indians, but at what cost?
Trump’s unfolding plan is as shocking to Palestinians as Jackson’s was to the Cherokee, but it offers a solution where no one else has one. Will it satisfy Palestinians, who have fought for their rights for generations,? International law states that no people may be expelled from their own land. The United Nations General Assembly has consistently guaranteed the right of return of those forcibly expelled in 1948—UN General Assembly Resolution 194 (December 11, 1948) and UN Security Council Resolution 237 (June 14, 1967). Seven years ago, Palestinian civilians organized the “March of Return.” The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) fired on a peaceful crowd, killing at least 120 people and wounding 4,000. It is obviously illusory to believe that such a people will easily rally to this project.
The White House meeting participants also considered paying $23,000 per person to any family that agreed to go into exile. Contacts have already been made with Libya, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Indonesia, and Somaliland, although none of these states have confirmed this. The Trump team is considering voluntarily displacing a quarter of Gaza’s population in this way.
According to the Financial Times , the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI) and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) held joint working meetings on the Gaza Riviera project, called The Gaza Reconstitution, Economic Acceleration and Transformation Trust (GREAT* Trust). It was during these preparatory meetings that the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) project was born. During the summer, this Swiss-registered foundation distributed humanitarian aid in Gaza in place of the occupation authority, the United Nations, the International Red Cross, and various humanitarian organizations. This certainly resulted in the circumvention of Hamas, but also in the assassination by the IDF of nearly a thousand civilians seeking food aid. The GHF scandal was unanimously condemned, including by prominent Jewish Israeli figures. In practice, the GHF was created by the Mikveh Yisrael Forum, which brought together Yotam HaCohen, a strategic advisor to Benjamin Netanyahu and son of former General Gershon HaCohen; Liran Tankman, a former intelligence officer turned high-tech executive; and US-Israeli venture capitalist Michael Eisenberg. Most of the Mikveh Yisrael Forum’s leaders joined the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT), Ghassan Alian, in their belief that the Netanyahu government was doing nothing to help Gazans and that it was up to the Israelis to take the initiative. The “Foundation” was reportedly funded to the tune of $100 million by a European state whose identity remains secret.
TRIAL International, a Swiss-based NGO, has filed two legal submissions asking Swiss authorities to investigate the GHF’s compliance with Swiss law and international humanitarian law. The central issue raised by TRIAL International is whether humanitarian organizations can use private military companies. Indeed, early on, GHF’s executive director, former U.S. Marine Jake Wood, resigned. The “Foundation” then employed the services of Philip F. Reilly and his company Safe Reach Solutions. Reilly is a former soldier in the U.S. 7th Special Forces Group, which focused on counter-narcotics missions in Latin America. He went on to become head of the CIA’s paramilitary branch, then known as the Special Activities Division but later renamed the Special Activities Center. He was the CIA’s Afghan station chief around 2008 and 2009, as well as the chief of operations for the agency’s Counterterrorism Mission Center, which led the agency’s highly controversial drone strike program during the War on Terror. He then moved to the private sector as senior vice president of special activities for the private military contractor Constellis, owner of the mercenary firm formerly known as Blackwater. Finally, he worked for another private military, Orbis. While it’s true that the IDF didn’t kill the Palestinian civilians who came looking for food, Philip F. Reilly’s men did.
The project for the future of Gaza, according to its real estate developers (the three professionals Jared Kushner, Donald Trump, and Steve Witkoff), is worthy of Dubai. Many transnational corporations have already joined forces.
To facilitate the regroupment of Gazans, the Revisionist Zionist government of Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered the creation of a tent city for 600,000 people in Rafa. They would have access to food and hospitals, but would not be able to leave.
Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said at a conference on Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank on May 14: “Civilians will be sent south to a humanitarian zone, and from there they will begin to leave in large numbers for third countries.”
The Prime Minister himself finally made his decision on August 13 on i24News in Hebrew. He claimed a “historical and spiritual mission” and assured that he is “very” attached to the vision of a “Greater Israel.” At 75, he publicly claims to be his father’s mentor, Vladimir Jabotinsky, the founder of “revisionist Zionism.”
Simultaneously, the Knesset passed a non-binding law on July 23, by a vote of 71 to 13, calling on the government to annex the West Bank before new permanent members of the UN Security Council fully recognize the State of Palestine.
Meanwhile, the IDF reports that 618 settler attacks were recorded in the West Bank in 2024, compared to 404 in the first half of 2025.
Republican Mike Johnson, Speaker of the U.S. House, has expressed support for annexation. He visited the settlement of Ariel in early August 2025 and stated that he believed “Judea and Samaria” belonged to the Jewish people and expressed support for extending Israeli sovereignty over the West Bank. This was the first time that a US official of this level had visited Israeli settlements in the West Bank. The Trump administration is cautiously staying away from this movement for the time being, especially since it is focusing all its efforts on strengthening the Abraham Accords with Arab states.
Israeli public opinion, for its part, according to a survey conducted in December 2024 by the Institute for National Security Studies, is 34% against annexing Palestinian territories, 21% support annexing existing settlements, and 21% support annexing everything.
For their part, Egypt and Jordan, unwilling to believe it, continue to train hundreds of young Palestinians loyal to Fatah to form a 10,000-strong private security force to bring the Palestinian Authority to power in Gaza. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia and France plan to fully recognize the State of Palestine at the UN General Assembly, and the latter is preparing its declaration of independence. (The Future of Gaza as Seen From the White House.)
Bully for the Trump administration’s opposition to the Israeli administration of the West Bank, where most of the Palestinian Christians of the Holy Land live, while it continues its unconditional support for the destruction of Gaza City and the dislocation of the people, whom Benajmin Netanyahu hopes will be dispersed elsewhere in the world to accomplish “spiritual” goals for a dead, superseded religion that belongs exclusively to the “kingdom of satan.”
Here is a reminder:
The clear implication of St. Peter's statement is that the Church, the kingdom of God, was the only institution or social unit of salvation. Not to be within this society was to be in the perverse generation within which a man was faced with eternal and entire spiritual ruin. To leave the perverse generation was to enter the Church.
In other words, the clear teaching of this section of the Acts of the Apostles is precisely that given by Pope Leo XIII in the opening passages of his encyclical Humanum genus. The central point of this teaching is that the entire human race is divided between the kingdom of God, the ecclesia, and the kingdom of Satan. To be saved from the kingdom of Satan is to enter the kingdom of God. In this context it is not difficult to see how, by God's institution, the Catholic Church, the one and only supernatural kingdom of God on earth, is presented as a necessary means for the attainment of salvation. By God's institution the process of salvation itself involves a passage from the kingdom of Satan into the ecclesia. . . .
Yes, seven weeks before, the religious body to which they belonged had ceased to be God's ecclesia. The Jewish politico-religious social unit had definitively rejected Our Lord, the Messias promised in the Old Testament. This company had hitherto enjoyed its position as God's ecclesias or His congregatio fidelium by virtue of the fact this it had accepted and professed its acceptance of the divine message about the promised Redeemer. In rejecting the Redeemer Himself, this social unit had automatically rejected the teaching God had given about Him. The rejection of this message constituted an abandonment of the divine faith itself. By manifesting this rejection of the faith, the Jewish religious unit fell from its position as the company of the chosen people. It was no longer God's ecclesia, His supernatural kingdom on earth. It became part of the kingdom of Satan.
While the great Jewish social unit was rejecting Our Lord and thus repudiating its acceptance of the divinely revealed message about Him, the little company of the disciples, organized by Our Lord around Himself, retained its faith. It continued to accept and to obey Our Lord and to believe the divinely revealed that centered around Him. Thus at the moment of Our Lord's death on Calvary, the moment when the old dispensation was ended and the Jewish religious association ceased to be the supernatural kingdom of God on earth, this recently organized society of Our Lord's disciples began to exist as the ecclesia or the kingdom.
This society was the true continuation of Israel. The men who were within it were the true sons of Abraham, in that they had the genuine faith of Abraham. This society was the new association of the chosen people. Its members were, as St. Paul called them, the elect or the chosen of God.
It must be understood, incidentally, that this society was actually God's supernatural kingdom on earth in a much more complete and perfect sense than the old Jewish commonwealth had ever been. The old Israel had constituted the people of the covenant. According to God's unfailing promise, the Redeemer was to be born within that company. Yet conditions had never been such that a man had to be within this company in order to attain to eternal salvation. (Monsignor Joseph Clifford Fenton, The Catholic Church and Salvation In Light of the Recent Pronouncements of the Holy See, published in 1958 and reprinted in 2006 by Seminary Press, Round Top, New York, pp, 136-139.)
Benjamin Netanyahu is in the grip of the devil, who delights in the destruction of people and their property and, sad to report for those of you who believe that Donald John Trump is himself some kind of secular savior, Donald John Trump is complicit in Netanyahu’s diabolical attacks upon innocent human beings and, despite his recent remarks about want to “get into Heaven,” is on the straight path to hell himself for permitting his Secretary of State to assure the Zionist monsters that the have this country’s one hundred percent support.
Israeli ambassador to the United States of America Yechiel Leiter is so confident of American support for Israel that he recently dismissed American criticism of its immoral bombing of Dohar, Qatar, by saying “they’ll get over it”:
Israel’s Ambassador to the US Yechiel Leiter is confident that “they” will get over Israel’s lawlessness in pursuit of greater Israel. Leiter, Netanyahu, the Knesset, and most Israelis and most in DC believe Israel is in the process of “creating” a far better Arab world than the one “built” by previous European colonials.
In this era of political assassinations on every corner of the planet, Israel – with US advance knowledge, consent, and coordination – attacked with 15 American-made fighter jets a house where the Hamas leadership was meeting in Doha on September 9th, convened there at the request of the US to deliver an overdue ceasefire in Gaza. Not all of the Hamas negotiating team was killed in this strike, and Leiter stated, speaking to Fox News, “We’ll get them next time.”
US Ambassador to Turkey, Envoy to Syria and Trump messenger to Beirut Tom Barrack told the “animalistic” Arab media in Lebanon, and the rest of the world, on May 25th, 2025, that Sykes-Picot is dead, saying:
A century ago, the West imposed maps, mandates, penciled borders, and foreign rule. Sykes-Picot divided Syria and the broader region for imperial gain—not peace. That mistake cost generations. We will not make it again. The era of Western interference is over. The future belongs to regional solutions, but partnerships, and a diplomacy grounded in respect.
Barrack was celebrating the collapse and dissolution of Syria, newly presidented by a former ISIS commander, with a $10 million bounty on his head hurriedly removed by the White House. US lawlessness has also been on display with regards to Israel as a nuclear power and terrorist state since at least June 8th 1967, and likely since 1963, and even more likely since 1948. In blindly supporting the lawlessness of the founding and the existence of modern Israel, a political Zionist European-style state colonized on top of Palestine, the US government has dug a political and reputational hole six feet deep and shaped like a coffin.
Washington cannot recognize Israel’s undisclosed and un-inspected nuclear weapons – to do so would require that US military sales be ended immediately. Congressional legislation requires such standards in weapons sales. The existing and long-standing lack of political and human rights safeguards in Israel, and the use of US weapons in illegal military attacks and extrajudicial assassinations around the world, would deprive Israel of US military assistance, as the law provides.
Barrack isn’t the only American who believes we need a new approach in the Middle East. Josh Paul, State Department whistleblower and founder of A New Policy, advocates that our foreign policy and relations with countries in the Middle East, including Israel, be based on actual American interests and American values, and comply with American and international law.
Tom Barrack, the vile and servile Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee, much of Congress, and the Trump White House do not agree with the legit America First message of Paul’s organization. They reject the substantial American First and American Values message of other voices in US policy including the Eisenhower Media Group and a significant minority in both parties in the US Congress.
As an appeasement, they now say the US no longer wishes to interfere on behalf of the US Empire and wants to see regional solutions, even as the US government/deep state puts its heavy hand politically, economically and militarily on the scale for Israel.
This heavy hand includes lying for Israel, spying for Israel, running political interference for Israel, assisting and sustaining the genocide in Gaza, and the giving our blessing to the forced removal of Palestinians from both Gaza and the West Bank. Not a single one of these activities is compliant with US law, nor international law, American First or American values. Instead, to paraphrase Ambassador Barrack, is is animalistic, inhuman, and anti-human. The US government has become utterly indistinguishable from Netanyahu’s reign of terror in West Jerusalem and beyond.
America has been held hostage by the post-1947 National Security Act, and the establishment of a Department of Defense and CIA Covert Operations, both with unlimited missions and obscure budgets. Our government offers us not peace, but a warped economic incentivism for war, where the end of one intervention impacts a valuable MICIMATT income stream and therefore must be replaced, or else the US economy, dominated by MICIMATT sectors, suffers.
It is not uncommon to see really bad ideas, as well as marginally bad ideas, become government policy. The ongoing collapse of many European countries is the result of false charity, false environmentalism, and false security concepts elevated to policy decades ago, and the results have been entirely predictable: unaffordable and unavailable energy and food, excessive government debt, a passion for war, erasure of freedom. The rise of the stupid must also be mentioned, as the recent statements by close allies, EU Foreign Policy and Security Affairs Chief Kaja Kallas and NATO General Secretary Mark Rutte illustrate.
What makes America different, and the reason Trump was elected twice, if not three times, is Americans are optimists. We – in a nod to the founders – think we can do it better, fix the flaws of totalitarian and sociopathic tendencies in our politicos, fight state abuse and theft of our creativity and productivity, and resist state and corporate propaganda. Trump tapped into this optimism, and it was certainly a cool trick. Elon Musk, however, is right: “the government is unfixable.”
It would be nice if Trump’s White House and the US Congress were really interested in cutting nine million Israelis and 450 million Arabs loose, and letting the Middle Eastern residents and neighbors sort it out. As it stands, we manipulate and fund all sides, profiting from arms sales to Israel’s enemies and subsidizing every aspect of Israeli life and defense for Israel.
The newly renamed Department of War might better be called the Department of War Spending, because it isn’t war we want, and since the DoD’s inception, it isn’t war we’ve ever won. Instead we are caught in a money trap, stuck in a cult of false security, fake diplomacy, and AI-assisted dissent suppression around the world. ('They’ll Get Over It' .)
Leaving aside the author’s Pelagian belief in American “optimism” and his commitment to the equally Pelagian founders, the Judeo-Masonic leaders of the two major organized crime families of naturalism have no choice to do as they are told by their Zionist matters no matter how much they may grumble in private about doing so:
I have university degrees in ancient, medieval and early modern history but search as I may, I cannot find another example of a small, low population state largely devoid of natural resources that has been able to dominate the politics and policies of a much larger great power to the extent that Israel controls many aspects of America’s government, its economy, its education system, its media, and, most of all, its foreign and national security policies. Little Israel commands and the superpower United States obeys, a relationship that has coined the expression “the tail wags the dog.”
To be sure, Israel has resources that might be regarded as unconventional for most nation states around the globe, consisting of a large and astonishingly wealthy network of “diaspora” co-religionists who are prepared to corrupt the governments in the countries where they actually live to benefit the Jewish state in every way possible. Politicians can easily be bought by Jewish billionaires, as in the case of President Donald Trump who reportedly received $100 million as a campaign donation from Israeli Las Vegas casino magnate Miriam Adelson, plausibly in exchange for Israel having a free hand in the West Bank, up to and including total annexation and deportation of the inhabitants to eliminate a possible Palestinian state.
In the United States, this Zionist Lobby power has produced a series of presidents terrified to object to what Israel declares to be its interests, plus a Congress that has been bought and manipulated into total submission to war criminals like Israel’s ghastly Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Even the US Constitution is no defense against Israel’s interests, with First Amendment free speech rights being abridged through the interpretation that any criticism of the self-described Jewish state is ipso facto a hate crime, which is a felony.
The abuse inherent in the relationship, which is hugely expensive to the US and damaging to its real interests, is fortunately beginning to be so visible that a reaction to the arrangement is beginning to penetrate to the level of the average voters. Opinion polls suggest that most Americans oppose what Israel is doing to the Palestinians, but President Donald Trump and the clowns he has appointed to high office, Zionists all, are unmoved. Hopefully they will see the light if a strong message is sent during elections coming up in November.
In a recent interview, I declared that the only real national security threat against the United States comes from Israel in that it has repeatedly pushed America into bad policy choices to serve its own interests. That means that policymakers, in search of the number one “American enemy” in the world, should look no farther than Israel and they should immediately take steps to distance themselves from Israeli initiatives. In terms of other alleged threats to the US, one must concede that most analyses coming out of Washington are essentially phony, designed to deflect from real problems, including which is what to do about Israel and the all-powerful Israeli Lobby reenforced by the “waiting for a Rapture” Christian Zionists that have taken over so much of the government. Sorry Marco Rubio but Russia, China, Iran, and Venezuela do not threaten the United States of America. Continuation of the dance of death with the Israelis will on the contrary be likely to lead to ruin for Americans.
The sad truth is that the United States gains absolutely nothing from its bondage to Israel, quite the contrary. When I was in government in CIA Stations and Bases in Europe and the Middle East I used to hear US politicians proclaiming how Israel (Mossad) shared wonderful intelligence information that made America safer. The truth was quite different as I used to see the Israel-generated reports and they were consistently puff pieces intended to make Arabs and Iranians look bad by inventing “threats.” It was that type of information, i.e. the claimed existence of WMD, promoted by Jewish neocons in the media as well as in the Defense Department and in the Vice President’s office, that led to war against a completely non-threatening Iraq that killed as many as 600,000 Iraqis.
More recent developments illuminate just how poisonous the relationship with Israel is, though one might also dare to mention long ago Jewish state perfidy like the attack on the USS Liberty in 1967 that killed 34 sailors and the suspicions about Israeli involvement in both the killing of JFK and 9/11, all of which were subject to deliberate US government cover-ups and bungled investigations. Israel does not hesitate to kill Americans, witness the cases of protester Rachel Corrie and journalist Shireen Abu Akleh, both of whom were murdered by the Israeli army. In neither case did the US Embassy demand an explanation from the Israelis.
This past June, Israel decided to attack Iran and convinced Donald Trump to join in the game, with the argument that Iran is secretly building nuclear weapons, which was not true. Israel, of course, has its own secret nuclear arsenal, and has even threatened to use the weapons in the Samson Option, but both Tel Aviv and Washington apparently regard that as perfectly acceptable. So the United States, to oblige Israel, followed on to the Israeli attack and hit selected targets in Iran. This led to a lying or ignorant, you can take your choice, Trump boasting about how he had “obliterated” the Iranian nuclear development sites, which was not true. So what was gained? Again “nothing” but the US went to war, a war crime, solely to appease Israel and spent something like $1 billion to carry out the mission.
More recently, Israel bombed a residential building in Doha, the capital of Qatar, in a bid to kill Hamas officials who were in the city to negotiate a cease fire in Gaza with the Israelis. The meeting was allegedly backed and “guaranteed” by Washington but it now appears that, at the same time, Trump or his associates were conniving with Israel to assassinate the Hamas representatives. The US has its largest air base in the Middle East in Qatar at Al Udeid with 10,000 American military on site. Mysteriously, the base’s radar and air defense system appear to have been turned off when the Israeli planes were approaching the target. One wonders who ordered that. And the planes needed to be refueled to return to Israel after the attack. Conveniently, British Royal Air Force tankers were in the area to carry out that task. Sounds like a set-up to end any chance of a ceasefire by killing Hamas envoys in an ostensibly safe country Qatar that was orchestrated by Israel, the US and Britain. And what does the United States of America gain from it? “Nothing!” Or rather, global hatred of Washington due to its groveling support of all things Israeli just crept up by ten points!
And then there is the Genocide in Gaza itself. If there is any remaining confusion about Trump’s true intentions, one might cite Netanyahu, who has asserted that he has complete American support to do whatever he wants in Gaza, “no partial deals with Hamas, go with full force.” It is nevertheless difficult to imagine how average Americans benefit by allowing the crime against humanity to go on and on, something that could be stopped with a phone call if Donald Trump had even a trace of compassion hidden somewhere in that empty head that he bears.
Regrettably, the United States is completely complicit in the atrocity that is taking place in Gaza which is clearly visible to the entire world. And the US is even paying for and providing the arms for the slaughter. There is a certain irony in the fact that Washington funds the war for Israel, which has both free medical care and free higher education for its Jewish citizens, something that many American citizens are reportedly struggling with. One might well describe it as a misplaced priority, but it is in reality yet another symptom of the power that Israel has over the United States government from top to bottom.
Finally, if any additional evidence were required to demonstrate Israel’s power over the United States, the recent block by Washington on visa issuance for Palestinian participation in the United Nations opening session in New York as well as the general ban on accepting passports issued by the Palestine Authority are steps demanded by Israel to make it impossible for Palestinians to argue their own case for statehood and decent treatment in international fora. And what does the US get out of it even though it in theory supports a two-state solution for Israel/Palestine? Nothing.
Such is the level of pure evil emanating from Israel that many have come to believe that it is capable of any crime, which is quite likely true. Conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated on Wednesday, reportedly had begun to entertain some criticism of Israel which had resulted in threats that led him to employ bodyguards. As a result of that and other developments, momentum is growing to do something about Israel, which is clearly considered a threat to all the world, completely reckless in its behavior, and having “secret” nuclear weapons that it is very likely prepared to use. Suspension from the UN and the insertion of an international protection force in Gaza to stop the genocide are being discussed under the “Uniting for Peace” resolution, which empowers the General Assembly to recommend such steps to take when the Security Council is unable to act due to the expected US veto. There are also calls for Israel’s presence and privileges within the UN system to be suspended until a ceasefire in Gaza and full humanitarian access to the strip is restored. But never fear, Donald Trump will receive his orders from Benjamin Netanyahu and the US will do everything in its power as the rogue state it has become to stop any such action, including threats of sanctions and even violence against those promoting those moves, just as the US has done with the International Criminal Court and other bodies seeking an end to Israel’s war crimes. That is the unfortunate reality. (If the United States Wants To Survive It Must Free Itself From Israel. Also see Maintaining Escalatory Dominance: Trump and the Predominant Sway of ‘Israel Firsters’.)
For purposes of this commentary, I will leave aside any consideration of what the murdered Charlie Kirk did or did not believe about Israeli influence on American policy-making as, despite his tempered criticism about Israel’s suppression of domestic Israeli dissent, he remained fully supportive of the Israeli actions in Gaza and persisted until the time of his assassination in the belief that references to Israel in Holy Writ refer to the Zionist State of Israel and not to the Catholic Church. However, given the power that the Israelis have long exercised over American presidents and members of Congress from 1948 to the present day, it is entirely plausible that, despite the gratuitous denials to the contrary notwithstanding, the late Mr. Kirk’s benefactors might have “intervened” with him as has been discussed endlessly in the past week (see, for example, Charlie Kirk refused Netanyahu funding offer, was ‘frightened’ by pro-Israel forces before death, friend reveals.)
The undeniable fact is, of course, that Israeli power in the United States of America is undeniable, and anyone who thinks that this is a good thing and gives the Israeli murderers “one hundred percent support” is morally complicit in the ethnic cleansing of Gaza that is taking place now.
As Catholics, we know that conflicts taking place in the world now are signs of what happens to men and their nations when they are not bound by the common ties of the religion and thus fall into one diabolical trap after, up to and including the dehumanization of “enemies,” real and imagined.
Believing Catholics understand that we must see the Divine impress in all others as we pray fervently, especially through Our Lady’s Most Holy Rosary and as the consecrated slaves of her Divine Son, Christ the King, through her own Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart, for the conversion of all non-Catholics to the true Faith and as we seek to make reparation for our sins, which have worsened both the state of the Church Militant on earth as well that of the world-at-large far more than we would like to understand or accept.
We know that Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart will triumph in the end and, confident in this triumph, we continue to pray, fast, and make sacrifices for the day when all men everywhere will exclaim:
Sanctus, Sanctus, Sanctus Dóminus, Deus Sábaoth. Pleni sunt cæli et terra glória tua. Hosánna in excélsis. Benedíctus, qui venit in nómine Dómini. Hosánna in excélsis.
