Memorandum to Stupid Idiot Bergoglio

The late Joseph Henry Garagiola, Sr., related an anecdote about his lifelong friend, Lawrence Peter Berra, with whom he had grown up in The Hill section of St. Louis, Missouri, when he, Garagiola, appeared on The Jack Paar Show on Friday, October 2, 1964, on the National Broadcasting Company television network. The Jack Paar Progam was a weekly interview program that aired on Friday nights from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. between 1962 and 1965 that followed something of the same format that Paar used when he hosted The Tonight Show between 1957 and 1962.

Garagiola appeared on the day before the incarnation of all evil in the world, the New York Yankees, would clinch their fifth pennant in a row, using his appearing with Jack Paar to spin a few stories about his lifelong friend, Yogi Berra, who was serving as the Yankees' manager that year. One of these went something like this:

“Yogi came up to me the other day and said, ‘Before I say anything, I want to tell you something.’”

Well, as circumstances led me away from the computer yesterday, the Feast of the Holy Name of Mary, until very late in the day, before I say anything about Jorge Mario Bergoglio’s latest change to the conciliar code of canon law concerning the devolution of decision-making on liturgical translations from the conciliar Congregation for the Sacraments and Divine Worship to local “episcopal” conferences, a subject that will have to wait until tomorrow, I want to tell you something about the false “pontiff’s” remarks in his in-flight interview while en route from Colombia to Rome on Sunday, September 10, 2017, the Fourteenth Sunday after Pentecost and the Commemoration of Saint Nicholas of Tolentino.

Here is what I want to say:

“Dear Stupid Idiot Bergoglio, you are a stupid idiot.”

Yes, Jorge the Lawbreaker has quite a penchant for scoffing at the laws of God and the just laws of men, but he also has quite a penchant for changing his own false religious sect’s code of canon law whenever it suits his purposes to advance his conciliar agenda. The “law” for the Argentine Apostate is really whatever he wants it to be, and this is true with the civil law as well as for the binding precepts of the Divine Positive Law and the Natural Law and his own false church’s canon law.

To wit, Bergoglio, who is constantly railing against those who adhere to the letter of the law while “caging” the Third Person of the Most Blessed Trinity, God the Holy Ghost, invoked a fake, phony, fraud respect for the “law” when asked about President Donald John Trump’s recent repeal of former President Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro’s executive order of June 15, 2012, which was expanded by “presidential directive” of November 21, 2014, that suspended the enforcement of existing immigration law to assure that children who would brought to the United States of America by their parents when the entered illegally would not face deportation.

This is what the stupid idiot Bergoglio said in his interview of four days ago:

Valentina Alazraki, Noticieros Televisa: I'm sorry. Holy Father, every time you meet with youth in any part of the world you always tell them: 'Don't let yourselves be robbed of hope, don't let yourselves be robbed of the future.' Unfortunately, in the United States they have abolished the law of the “dreamers.” They speak of 800,000 youth: Mexicans, Colombians, from many countries. Do you think that with the abolition of this law the youth lose joy, hope and their future? And, after, abusing your kindness, could you make a small prayer, a small thought, for all the victims of the earthquake in Mexico and of Hurricane Irma? Thank you.

Pope Francis: I have heard of this law. I have not been able to read the articles, how the decision was made. I don't know it well. Keeping young people away from family is not something that brings good fruit. Every young person has their family. I think that this law, which I think comes not from parliament [sic], but from the executive, if this is the case, which I am not sure, I hope that it will be rethought a little, because I have heard the President of the United States speak as a pro-life man. If he is a good pro-life man, he understands that the family is the cradle of life, and unity must be defended. This is what comes to me. Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro violated the Constitution of the United States of America when he signed an executive ordder on June 15, 2012, after the Congress of the United States of America had repeatedly to fail to enact at bill that was called the "Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act." This is what I wrote at the time in 2012:

Diverted by bread and circuses, most Americans--and I do mean most Americans--are not the least bit interested in the reigning caesar's many illegalities, some of which actually contradict earlier positions he had taken, meaning that caesar might have a job as a "bishop" in the counterfeit church of conciliarism if he ever decides to leave the White House (I am convinced that he will seek to have the Twenty-second Amendment repealed to permit him to run for a third term in 2016, although by doing that he would open the way for a challenge by one of the transplanted Arkansans living in Chappaqua, New York, by the name of Clinton). After all, United States Attorney General Eric Holder could serve as a general counsel for the United States Conference of "Catholic 'Bishops'" as he is so adept at covering up crimes and of lying with a straight face to Congress as he does so.

Barack Hussein Obama shamelessly contradicted himself on Friday, June 15, 2012, the Feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, when he said that he had the authority to act" to implement part of the so-called "DREAM" (Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act that Congress has refused to take it to a floor vote despite his entreaties and that of Congressional Democrats.

This what Barack Hussein Obama said way, way back when on that faraway date of distant memory, March 28, 2011 A.D., on the same subject when asked about it during town hall meeting held at Bell Multicultural High School, Washington, District of Columbia, that was sponsored by Univision, a Spanish-language television network:

MR. RAMOS: Mr. President, my question will be as follows: With an executive order, could you be able to stop deportations of the students? And if that’s so, that links to another of the questions that we have received through univision.com. We have received hundreds, thousand, all related to immigration and the students. Kay Tomar (ph) through univision.com told us — I’m reading — “What if at least you grant temporary protective status, TPS, to undocumented students? If the answer is yes, when? And if no, why not?”

THE PRESIDENT: Well, first of all, temporary protective status historically has been used for special circumstances where you have immigrants to this country who are fleeing persecution in their countries, or there is some emergency situation in their native land that required them to come to the United States. So it would not be appropriate to use that just for a particular group that came here primarily, for example, because they were looking for economic opportunity.

With respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that’s just not the case, because there are laws on the books that Congress has passed — and I know that everybody here at Bell is studying hard so you know that we’ve got three branches of government. Congress passes the law. The executive branch’s job is to enforce and implement those laws. And then the judiciary has to interpret the laws.

There are enough laws on the books by Congress that are very clear in terms of how we have to enforce our immigration system that for me to simply through executive order ignore those congressional mandates would not conform with my appropriate role as President.

That does not mean, though, that we can’t make decisions, for example, to emphasize enforcement on those who’ve engaged in criminal activity. It also doesn’t mean that we can’t strongly advocate and propose legislation that would change the law in order to make it more fair, more just, and ultimately would help young people who are here trying to do the right thing and whose talents we want to embrace in order to succeed as a country. Now, both parties wrote this legislation.  And a year and a half ago, Democrats passed the DREAM Act in the House, but Republicans walked away from it.  It got 55 votes in the Senate, but Republicans blocked it.  The bill hasn’t really changed.  The need hasn’t changed.  It’s still the right thing to do.  The only thing that has changed, apparently, was the politics.

Effective immediately, the Department of Homeland Security is taking steps to lift the shadow of deportation from these young people.  Over the next few months, eligible individuals who do not present a risk to national security or public safety will be able to request temporary relief from deportation proceedings and apply for work authorization.

Now, let's be clear -- this is not amnesty, this is not immunity.  This is not a path to citizenship.  It's not a permanent fix.  This is a temporary stopgap measure that lets us focus our resources wisely while giving a degree of relief and hope to talented, driven, patriotic young people.  It is - (Remarks by President Hugo Chavez Obama on Immigration.)

Border security? There is none in this current administration. The border of the United States of America with Mexico is a sieve precisely because the resources have not been deployed by the Obama administration to enforce the law, which has had the books "cooked" in order to show that its "enforcement" measures are working (see Arizona Sheriff Cites Flood of Border Agents). One lie after another. Gee, maybe Roger Clemens, fresh off of his Orenthal James Simpson-like acquittal yesterday, can get a job at the United States Department of Education to instruct young boys how to develop a muscular physique by imitating his absolute refusal to use any kind of "performance enhancing drugs." He'd fit right in with this lawless crowd.

At issue here is not necessarily the specific policy provisions that the man who is above the laws of both God and man believes that he has "enacted" arbitrarily. It would be impossible, both politically and practically, to seek to deport so many millions of people back to Mexico and elsewhere in Latin America. I dealt with the whole issue of immigration in a two part series two years ago, attempting to make important distinctions on an issue that is exploited by the organized crime family of the "left" to curry favor with a sizeable and very powerful bloc of voters whose turnout is critical to their hold on power and by some on the false opposite of the naturalist "right," many of whom use the same kind of nativist language that the Know Nothings and Ku Klux Klansmen of the Nineteenth Century to disparage immigrants even though everyone (other than American Indians who have not married outside of their race) here is descended from immigrants. Sure, the immigrant ancestors of most Americans came here legally, abiding by the prevailing laws of the day. This has not been the case with much of the immigration from south of the American border in recent decades. Granted.

Nevertheless, however, adherents of both organized crime families of naturalism in this country have played games with this issue even though both do not seem to mind when those who have come here illegally, having found their way into the work force despite existing laws to fill jobs that many Americans refuse to take and/or to fill positions that go vacant because of the socioeconomic consequences of contraception and abortion, pay their taxes and do not commit crimes. Democrats want such people on the voting rolls, whether or not they ever become citizens. Many Republicans know that the hotel and restaurant industry would collapse if all illegal alien workers were sent packing. The "dispute" is all a farce and just another example of how the two parties play the game of false opposites so very well for purposes of raising campaign cash.

A number of commentators amongst the vast ranks of well-paid naturalists have noted that Barack Hussein Obama's decision to reverse himself so dramatically four days ago now was a blatantly political act of grandstanding. So? Of course it was. It was meant to be. As just noted, The organized crime family of the naturalist "left" has long used immigration policy as the one of the principal means of acquiring and retaining power.

After all, ladies and gentlemen, one of the reasons that so many Catholics in the United States of America continue to adhere to the organized crime family of the naturalist "left" as it was the old bosses and ward leaders of the big city Democratic Party political machines in the Northeast and industrial Midwest that understood the utility of having the immigrants on "their" side at the ballot box as well as on city and county payrolls. Whigs, at first, and their successors, the Republicans, passed laws, many of which were aimed directly at the heart of the practice of the Catholic Faith in this country, that helped to drive Catholic immigrants, in particular, into the waiting arms of the bosses of the Democratic Party machines, which is where so many of them remain to this very day despite the party's institutional support for the chemical and surgical slaughter of the innocent preborn and for the "right" of those of the same gender to "marry," among many other evils. This is just a variation of what I wrote about yesterday in We Must Abide By Truth, Not By Persons, namely, defining one's very identity by adherence to a creature or, in this instance, a man-made institution to the point of complete dependency and unfailing trust.

Sure, Barack Hussein Obama's decision on Friday, June 15, 2012, to do what he said on March 28, 2011, he did not have the legal authority to do was politically motivated. He hopes to solidify his base among Spanish-speaking voters, something that might be pivotal in some "swing" states to push him over the edge to victory, blunting whatever political "hay" that the hapless, mercurial Mormon named Willard Mitt Romney might make from running with the likes of Senator Marco Rubio (R-Florida) as his vice presidential selection.

As was his wont, Obama/Soetoro expanded his illegal executive order of 2012 by issuing a presidential directive of November 21, 2014, to include an additional batch of "dreamers" to protect them from deporation, thereby once again demonstrating to be a petty autocrat who could govern as he pleases without regard to the laws of God and men, something that he had quite in common with Stupid Idiot Begoglio.

Here is the relevant provision of the Constitution of the United States of America which your pal, Obama/Soetoro, whose pro-abortion, pro-perversity policies you never criticized, violated/, stupid idiot Bergoglio:

Congress shall have the power. . . . To establish an uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States. (Article I, Section 8, United States Constitution.)

The lawbreaker in this instance, stupid idiot Bergoglio, was Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro, who boasted famously that he had “a pen and a phone,” meaning that he would do whatever it is he wanted to if Congress did not act on a particular manner as he desired. Perhaps you, stupid idiot Bergoglio, consider such lawbreaking to be “just” because you do the exact same thing. However, the ends do not justify the means, and no amount of self-righteous casuistry can ever justify the assertion of powers that do not exist and of taking actions that are in and of themselves illegal and/or unjust.

All that President Donald John Trump has done, stupid idiot Bergoglio, is to place the issue back where it belonged in the first place, that is, to the Congress of the United States of America, so that members of the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate can decide on a just course of action to remove the state of uncertainty about deportation in which the children, some of whom are now in their thirties, who were brought to this country illegally have lived.

In other words, stupid idiot Bergoglio, Trump is deporting no one.

No, stupid idiot Bergoglio, Donald John Trump is not breaking up families.

You, stupid idiot Bergoglio, are serving your typical role as a self-righteous and hypocritical demagogue who loves to demonize and caricature those who “dissent” from the “received teaching” of the Communist world-view in which you were trained and from the supposed “science” of “global warming” and “climate change” that is merely an excuse to further the agenda of population control by contraception, abortion, “vital organ donation” under the aegis of the medical industry’s manufactured, profit-making myth of “brain death,” and the killing off of sick human beings by placing them on a “pathway to death” in hospitals and hospices (see, if you can read long articles that do not cater to your preconceived falsehoods, Chronicling the Adversary's Global Takeover of the Healthcare Industry.)

To equate the killing of the innocent preborn with the nonexistent “right” of foreigners to avoid the immigration laws of other nations that each nation has a Natural Law right to make to provide for the safety and security of its own citizens, stupid idiot Bergoglio, is to equate an immutable law of God and of nature itself with the laws made by duly elected/appointed government officials that are subject to change or repeal.

The direct, intentional killing of an innocent human being, stupid idiot Bergoglio, is one of the four sins that cry out to Heaven for vengeance, and God is showing forth his wrath upon nations that permit this killing of innocent beings at all stages from conception until natural death under cover of the civil law.

A true pope, stupid idiot Bergoglio, which you are not, wrote the following about the fate of the very public officials who support the killing of the innocent preborn that you yourself indemnify because they adhere to Marxist or quasi-Marxist views of “social justice’ and are committed to ending “climate change”:

"Those who hold the reins of government should not forget that it is the duty of public authority by appropriate laws and sanctions to defend the lives of the innocent, and this all the more so since those whose lives are endangered and assailed cannot defend themselves. Among whom we must mention in the first place infants hidden in the mother's womb. Pope Pius XI, stupid idiot Bergoglio, quite unlike you, explained that Communism was intrinsically wrong and forbade Catholics from undertaking any cooperation with it:

You, stupid idiot Bergoglio, have a hatred for the true Catholic Faith, including the decrees issued by Holy Mother Church’s twenty general councils that are not to your liking and the liturgical treasures of her Roman Rite that produced countless numbers of saints and sustained millions of martyrs in their defense of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary and the integrity of Catholic doctrine.

You, stupid idiot Bergoglio, have a hatred for the truth that is displayed by the legions of people today who are godless.

This means that we must pray Our Lady’s Most Holy Rosary more fervently than ever before as we live at a time when a man masquerading as a Successor of Saint Peter gives cover to those who support grave moral evils, which he himself excuses as mere “peccadilloes.” We must pray to Our Lady so that we can persevere to the point of our dying moments in a state of Sanctifying Grace as members of the Catholic Church
