Jorge Mario Bergoglio: Always at the Service of the Ancient Enemies of Christ the King

More so than even Karol Josef Wojtyla/“Saint” John Paul II and Joseph Alois Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, a lay Jesuit revolutionary who has been masquerading as “Pope Francis” for eight days shy of a full six years now, has been at the beck and the call of the ancient enemies of Christ the King and His true Church long before he walked out onto the Balcony of the Basilica of Saint Peter on Wednesday, March 13, 2013.

Jorge Mario Bergoglio is immersed in the Talmud, which contains blasphemous passages about Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and His Most Blessed Mother, and in Talmudic studies from his days as a presbyter and “bishop” in Argentina. Perhaps some of you will remember that he even spent a few days in September of 2013 with his favorite Talmudic rabbi, the pro-abortion, pro-perversity Abraham Skorka, at the Casa Santa Marta as he joined the rabbi and other of his rabbinical friends in praying from the pages of the Talmud, something that is a direct violation of the First and Second Commandments.

Six months before that, however, one of the first things that Jorge Mario Bergoglio did after his “election” by his fellow apostates on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, to replace the apostate, Joseph Alois Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, whose resignation as the universal public face of apostasy became effective at 8:00 p.m., Rome time, on Thursday, February 28, 2013, was to write a note to the Talmudic rabbi of Rome, Riccardo Di Segni:

In a letter addressed to the rabbi of the Roman Jewish community Riccardo Di Segni, Pope Francis said he expects to “contribute to the progress of the relations between Jews and Catholics."

“I deeply hope to contribute to the progress of the relations that Jews and Catholics hold since the Vatican Council II, through a spirit of renewed collaboration put to the service of a world more and more in harmony with the will of the Creator,” the new Pope affirmed in a message published in the website of the Hebraic community in Rome.

In his first day of his papacy, the first Latin American pope in history visited one of Rome's great basilicas to pray for guidance before the mass at the Sistine Chapel. (First Order of Business: Paying Homage to the Enemies of the Catholic Faith.)

Talmudist Di Segni responded by issuing a thinly veiled warning to “Pope Francis,” saying that he hoped that there would be no “accidents” such as those what angered the Talmudic masters of the counterfeit church of conciliarism during the “pontificate” of Ratzinger/Benedict:

“It’s a good start,” Rabbi Di Segni said in an interview. “Hopefully, we’ll not have any accidents.” But, pointing out that disagreements are inevitable, the rabbi added, “What is important is the good will to solve them.” (New Universal Public Face of Apostasy Meets Other Religious Leaders and Pledges Friendship.)

Joseph Alois Ratzinger/Benedict XVI'ss first “accident” with his Talmudic masters occurred immediately in the aftermath of unleashing the “Motu trap,” Summorum Pontificum, July 7, 2007 that included a version of the Good Friday for the Jews” that had been revised by Angelo Roncalli/”Saint John XXIII” that was incorporated into the “1962” Missal that was in use in his false church until the Ordo Missae of Paolo Sicko went into effect on Sunday, November 29, 1964, the First Sunday of Advent.

Ratzinger/Benedict met with a delegation of Talmudic leaders after they demanded to see him, thereby signifying that a putative Successor of Saint Peter must “explain” a decision in a matter concerning the Sacred Liturgy to those who deny the Sacred Divinity of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and who have used the crimes of Nazi Germany as cover to demand—and get—wholesale denials of the Catholic Faith from the Modernists in the hierarchy of the conciliar church. Ratzinger/Benedict’s ultimate “revision,” however, even caused more of a firestorm in February of 2008 than he had caused seven months before:

Elsewhere, US Jewish leader, Abraham Foxman, director of the Anti-Defamation League, described the letter "a theological setback in the religious life of Catholics and a body blow to Catholic-Jewish relations."

In an interview with Catholic News Service in Rome, Foxman said, "I thought I had been heard, but I guess not."

Foxman said the fact that the phrase "perfidious Jews" was removed from the Good Friday liturgy by Pope John XXIII in 1959 and, therefore, does not appear in the 1962 text authorised by Pope Benedict is a good thing.

But the 1962 Good Friday liturgy does include a prayer for the conversion of the Jews, asking God to remove "the veil from their hearts" and help them overcome their "blindness."

The prayer says: "Let us pray also for the Jews that the Lord our God may take the veil from their hearts and that they also may acknowledge Our Lord Jesus Christ. Let us pray: Almighty and everlasting God, you do not refuse your mercy even to the Jews; hear the prayers which we offer for the blindness of that people so that they may acknowledge the light of your truth, which is Christ, and be delivered from their darkness."

Foxman told CNS, "They understand that 'perfidious' was offensive, but how is this any less offensive?"

Rabbi Ron Kronish, director of the Interreligious Coordinating Council in Israel, said that he had read about the edict only in the press.

"Based on reports in the newspapers this appears to be a step backward. I think in discussions with our Catholic counterparts in dialogue the next few months, this will certainly be on our agenda, and we will be looking for clarifications and assurances that it is not what it appears to be as reported in the press," said Rabbi Kronish. (Traditionalists happy, others doubtful over Latin Mass document.)

Well, the Talmudists showed their gratitude to Ratzinger/Benedict for having gone to all of the trouble of rewriting the Good Friday prayer, already truncated by Angelo Roncalli/John XXIII, so as to remove all references to their being self-blinded in their rejection of the Sacred Divinity of the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity made Man by the power of the Third Person of the Blessed Trinity, God the Holy Ghost, in the Virginal and Immaculate Womb of His Most Blessed Mother. Even this, however, was not enough to satisfy the most militant of the leaders of Talmudic Judaism, men who will never be satisfied until and unless anyone who considers himself to be a Catholic ceases to insist that Our Lord is indeed the Messiah who has come to save all men, including the Jews:

The top Vatican cardinal in charge of relations with Jews on Thursday denied that a new prayer for their conversion was offensive and said Catholics had the right to pray as they wish.

The Vatican had come under fire from Jewish groups in recent days for changing its Good Friday service to include a prayer urging God to let Jews "recognize Jesus Christ as savior of all men."

Earlier this week, Pope Benedict ordered changes to a Latin prayer for Jews at traditionalist Good Friday services, deleting a reference to their "blindness" over Christ.

Cardinal Walter Kasper spoke in an interview in a leading Italian newspaper a day after world Jewish leaders said the new prayer could set back inter-religious dialogue by decades.

"We think that reasonably this prayer cannot be an obstacle to dialogue because it reflects the faith of the Church and, furthermore, Jews have prayers in their liturgical texts that we Catholics don't like."

"I must say that I don't understand why Jews cannot accept that we can make use of our freedom to formulate our prayers," Kasper, a German, told the Corriere della Sera.

"One must accept and respect differences," said the cardinal.

In a separate interview with Vatican Radio, Kasper said: "The Holy Father wanted to say 'yes, Jesus Christ is the savior of all men, including the Jews'."

He added: "But this does not mean we are embarking on a mission [to convert Jews]. We are giving witness to our faith."

"When the Pope speaks now of the conversion of the Jews, one must understand this correctly. He quotes verbatim the eleventh chapter of the Apostle Paul's letter to the Romans. There the Apostle says that we as Christians hope, that when the fullness of the Gentiles enter the Church, that then will all of Israel be converted. That is an eschatalogical end-time hope, and thus does not mean that we have the intention of pursuing the conversion of the Jews as one pursues the conversion of the Gentiles (pagans)."

The Anti-Defamation League on Thursday called the revision to the prayer "cosmetic revisions," saying that the prayer is still "deeply troubling" because of its call to convert Jews.

Apart from the deletion of the word "blindness," the new prayer - which has retained the name 'Prayer for Conversion of the Jews' - also excludes a former a phrase that asked God to "remove the veil from their hearts".

Instead, the new prayer hopes that Jews will recognize Christ. According to an unofficial translation from Latin, the new prayer says in part:

"Let us also pray for the Jews. So that God our Lord enlightens their hearts so that they recognize Jesus Christ savior of all men."

The prayer also asks God that "all Israel be saved."

Jewish groups had protested against the old prayer and had asked the Pope to change it. The groups complained last year when the Pope issued a decree allowing a wider use of the old-style Latin Mass and a missal, or prayer book, that was phased out after the reforms of the Second Vatican Council, which met from 1962 to 1965.

"While we appreciate that some of the deprecatory language has been removed from a new version of the Good Friday prayer for the Conversion of Jews in the 1962 Roman Missal, we are deeply troubled and disappointed that the framework and intention to petition God for Jews to accept Jesus as Lord was kept intact," ADL Director Abraham H. Foxman said in a statement.

"Alterations of language without change to the 1962 prayer's conversionary intent amount to cosmetic revisions, while retaining the most troubling aspect for Jews, namely the desire to end the distinctive Jewish way of life," adds the statement.

In a letter to Pope Benedict in late January, the ADL said it worried the new prayer "would be devastating to the deepening relationship (Vatican Rejects Criticism of New Prayer for Jewish Conversion)

This press report from 2008 demonstrated just how utterly out of touch with reality the conciliarists were. Walter Kasper, who will be the subject yet again of the next commentary on this website, did not speak publicly on this matter without the personal approval of Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI. It is clear that both of them believed that the rewritten prayer would deflect criticism from the likes of Abraham Foxman and other Talmudic leaders.

However, this is what happens when one proceeds to tamper with the timelessness of the Sacred Liturgy in order to appease anyone, including the ancient enemies of the Faith. There was no need to rewrite the Prayer for the Conversion of the Jews, one of the most ancient prayers in the liturgy of the Roman Rite of the Catholic Church. Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI chose to rewrite the prayer at the behest of the Jews. This is very similar to what Giovanni Enrico Antonio Mario Montini/Paul the Sick did when insisting upon the removal of the Offertory from the Mass of the Roman Rite of the Catholic Church and inserting in its place "table prayers" from the Christophobic Talmud itself. Such an act of betrayal was without precedent in the history of the Catholic Church up to that time, although it established quite a precedent for future "pontiffs" and "bishops" in the counterfeit church of conciliarism.

This was not at all the same thing as what Pope Pius XI did, for example, in instituting the Feast of Christ the King with the issuance of Quas Primas on December 11, 1925. Pope Pius XI was opposing the anticlericalism and naturalism of our era by reminding Catholics of the doctrine that Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is the King of nations as well as individual men. He was not trying appease the enemies of the Catholic Faith by obliterating traditional liturgical prayers by replacing them with murky compositions that do not at all convey convey, and even go so far as to deny, elements of Catholic doctrine. Similarly, Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI's actions were not all similar to the instituting of the Feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus as a universal feast in 1856 (with the rank of double major) and its elevation to the rank of double of the first class by Pope Leo XIII in 1889. The Sacred Liturgy has never been used for political purposes to appeal to the enemies of the Church, people who will never be satisfied with any entreaties made to them until the very Sacred Divinity of Our Lord Himself has been denied outright.

Fifty years of appeasement have taught the conciliarists nothing. Like committed Bolsehviks who were aghast that the "workers of the world" did not unite around Marxism-Leninism, the conciliarists cannot believe that their false ecumenism's concessions to their fellow non-Catholics has aroused fierce opposition from the very people they were seeking to appeal to in a spirit of "inter-religious" dialogue. This is, to paraphrase Dr. Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn's discussion in 1978 of the ethnocentricity of Western leaders, who viewed the rest of the world through a Western lens of pluralism, the fruit of conciliarism-centricity, if you will, results in viewing false religions through its own Modernist lenses. The whole effort to appease the Jews to begin with was ludicrous, and now the conciliarists are bearing the brunt of the anger that is being directed at that for having been so incredibly stupid to think that they could have forestalled the criticism that they had endured over seven years ago now.

Ratzinger/Benedict’s next “accident” with the Talmudists occurred after Talmudic leaders became enraged that counterferit church of conciliarism's Congregation for the Causes of the Saints had approved a decree noting the heroic virtues of Pope Pius XII, advancing our last true pope on the path of a conciliar “beatification." The false "pontiff's" signature was need to approve the decree Once again, however, the German Modernist by way of the "new theology of his mentor, Father Hans Urs von Balthasar, continued his blasphemous obeisance to various adherents of the Talmud, including the aforementioned vegetarian and "papally knighted" pro-abort, David Rosen. The latest act of obeisance before the ancient enemies of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and His true Church on Thursday, October 30, 2008, following a demand made by Talmudists to meet with him so that they could demand access to Pope Pius XII's records in the Vatican Archives:

VATICAN CITY - Pope Benedict on Thursday told Jewish leaders he was seriously considering freezing the sainthood process of his Nazi-era predecessor Pius XII until historical archives can be opened, a Jewish leader said.

Some Jews have accused Pius, who reigned from 1939 to 1958, of turning a blind eye to the Holocaust. The Vatican says he worked behind the scenes and helped save many Jews from certain death during World War Two.

Rabbi David Rosen, a leader of a Jewish delegation that met the pope on Thursday, said the subject came up in conversations after formal speeches were delivered.

One member of our delegation told the pope 'please do not move ahead with beatification of Pius XII before the Vatican archives can be made accessible for objective historical analysis' and the pope said 'I am looking into it, I am considering it seriously'," Rosen told reporters.

Beatification is the last step before sainthood in the Roman Catholic Church. Some Jews have asked the pope to hold off on beatifying Pius until more information on his papacy can be studied.

Pius did not come up in the formal speeches between the pope and Rosen, but the Jewish leader did repeat a request for the Vatican archives to be open for study.

"We reiterate our respectful call for full and transparent access of scholars to all archival material from the period, so that assessments regarding actions and policies during this tragic period may have the credibility they deserve both within our respective communities and beyond," Rosen told the pope.

Six to seven years
A Vatican statement said another six or seven years of preparatory work would be needed before the archives on Pius' period could be opened to scholars and the pope would have the final decision.

At issue is whether Benedict should let Pius proceed on the road to sainthood — which Catholic supporters want — by signing a decree recognizing his "heroic virtues." This would clear the way for beatification, the last step before sainthood.

Benedict has so far not signed the decree — approved last year by the Vatican's saint-making department, opting instead for what the Vatican has called a period of reflection.

The Vatican says while Pius did not speak out against the Holocaust, he worked behind the scenes to help Jews because direct intervention would have worsened the situation by prompting retaliations by Hitler.

Benedict has repeatedly defended Pius, saying he worked "secretly and silently" during World War Two to "avoid the worst and save the greatest number of Jews possible."

The Vatican says he saved several hundred thousand Jewish lives by ordering churches and convents throughout Italy to hide Jews and instructing Vatican diplomats in Europe to give many Jews false passports.

This month, Amos Luzzatto, president emeritus of Italy's Jewish communities, said making Pius XII a saint could open a "wound difficult to heal" between Jews and Catholics.

"I ask myself why Pius didn't do the same thing to call European Catholics to action. These are questions that haunt us Jews," he said. (NewsDaily: Ratzinger may freeze Pius XII sainthood process: rabbi.)

VATICAN CITY — Pope Benedict XVI told Jewish leaders on Thursday that he was “seriously considering” delaying the beatification of Pius XII, the pope during World War II, until the archives of his papacy had been opened, a participant at the meeting said.

But the pope’s spokesman, the Rev. Federico Lombardi, said Benedict’s response was not a “public commitment,” according to The Associated Press.

“You shouldn’t read this response for beyond what it is,” Father Lombardi said. “It is a polite, serious response. He always takes seriously what he is told.”

The meeting followed weeks of controversy over efforts to beatify Pius, who was pope from 1939 to 1958. Jewish leaders have said Pius did not do enough to stop the deportation of Jews during the Holocaust, and have asked the Vatican to open the sealed archives of Pius’s papacy to scholars.

Although a Vatican committee passed a decree last year recognizing Pius’s “heroic virtues,” an important step toward sainthood, Benedict has not yet approved it. The Vatican has said the pope needs time to reflect. Benedict has said Pius worked “secretly and silently” to save Jews.

Rabbi David Rosen, the president of the organization at the meeting, an umbrella group called the International Jewish Committee for Interreligious Consultations, told reporters that when asked by an American member, Seymour Reich, to delay the beatification until the archives had been examined, the pope said he was “seriously considering it.”

“He didn’t clarify what matter he was giving serious consideration and what that means,” Rabbi Rosen said in a later telephone conversation.

Other leaders at the meeting confirmed Rabbi Rosen’s account.

In their papal meeting, Jewish leaders called on the Vatican to open the archives so scholars could create historic assessments “with the credibility they deserve, both within our respective communities and beyond.”

Rabbi Rosen said a Vatican official had explained that “technical challenges” would prevent the cataloging of materials from Pius’s papacy “for at least another five years.”

Many consider Benedict’s delay in signing the decree indicative of internal and external diplomatic considerations.

This month, a leading proponent of sainthood said the pope had halted the beatification process to avoid repercussions from Jewish groups.

Father Lombardi later denied that assertion and made a rare, forceful statement saying it was not right to submit the pope “to pressures” for or against beatification. (Group Says Their Stooge Pretending to be the Pope Will Weigh Delay of Pius’s Beatification.)

Well, Jorge Mario Bergoglio has done what the Talmudists have been demanding for decades now: full access to the Vatican archives to “cultivate the memory” of Pope Pius XII’s wartime record that was praised by Jews and Gentiles alike during and after World War II and after our last true pope’s death on October 9, 1958:

Reflecting on the reign of “the Servant of God Pius XII, of venerable memory”, Pope Francis said that he “guided the Barque of Peter in one of the saddest and darkest moments of the twentieth century”. The figure of Pius XII, he said, “has already been investigated and studied”, and widely discussed and even criticized – at times in a prejudiced or exaggerated manner. Today, he said, the pontificate of Pius XII is being re-evaluated, in the hopes that a more balanced historical judgement might emerge.

To further those efforts, the Pope said that Vatican archival materials pertaining to Pius’ pontificate (1939-1958) will be accessible to scholars beginning on 2 March 2020.

Pope Francis thanked the Vatican archivists for the hard work they have undertaken since 2006 to make a careful inventory of the materials on Pope Pius XII, and to prepare to make them available for consultation. Archival work “cultivates memory”, he said. “In a certain sense… it could be compared to the cultivation of a majestic tree, whose branches reach to the heavens, but whose roots are solidly anchored in the earth”. If the Church is like the tree, the archivists work to keep its historical roots alive, so that “even the greenest and youngest branches can draw from them good sap for further growth”.

In announcing the opening of the archives for the pontificate of Pius XII, Pope Francis said he made the decision “with a serene and confident soul, certain that serious and objective historical research will be able to evaluate it in its proper light.” “The Church is not afraid of history,” Pope Francis said. “On the contrary, she loves it, and desires to love it more and better, as God loves it”.  (Jorge Tells the Talmudists: I Give You Complete Accesss to the Vatican Archives of Pope Pius XII.)

Where does this figure of Antichrist come up with phrases such as “cultivates memory”? (The answer is pretty obvious, is it not?)

While it is true that there is nothing to fear from the opening up of the archived records of Pope Pius XII’s pontificate, it is also true that this whole process has been expedited to placate the Talmudists’ endless demands for a brand of Catholicism that meets with their Kosher seal-of-approval. The Talmudists want and have gotten almost everything that they have ever demanded from the conciliar “popes,” noting a few exceptions and that Ratzinger/Benedict, who believed that a Jewish reading of the Bible was a “possible one,” had what Rabbi Riccardo di Segni called a few “accidents” in this regard.

Here is a secular news report about the news that Bergoglio announced in Rome yesterday, March 4, 2019, the Feast of Saint Casimir and the Commemoration of Pope Saint Lucius I:

VATICAN CITY (AP) — Declaring that the church “isn’t afraid of history,” Pope Francis said Monday he has decided to open up the Vatican archives on World War II-era Pope Pius XII, who has been criticized by Jews of staying silent on the Holocaust.

Francis told officials and personnel of the Vatican Secret Archives that the archive would be open to researchers starting March 2, 2020.

Pius was elected pontiff on March 2, 1939, six months before World War II erupted in Europe. Pius died on Oct. 9, 1958, at the Vatican summer residence at Castel Gandolfo, near Rome.

The Vatican usually waits 70 years after the end of a pontificate to open up the relevant archives. But the Holy See has been under pressure to make the Pius XII documentation available sooner and while Holocaust survivors are still alive. The Catholic church has been widely criticized for not doing enough to stand up to the Nazi regime.

Vatican archivists had already started preparing the documentation for consultation back in 2006, at the behest of Francis’ German-born predecessor, Benedict XVI.

The Vatican has defended Pius, saying he used behind-the-scenes diplomacy to try to save lives. Francis indicated he, too, embraced that interpretation.

Pius’ actions will be scrutinized as part of efforts underway to decide if he should be declared a saint. Francis indicated that the church was confident that the papacy would withstand the findings by historians’ studying the archives, saying Pius was “criticized, one can say, with some prejudice and exaggeration.”

In Jerusalem, the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial commended the decision and expressed the expectation that “researchers will be granted full access to all the documents stored in the archives.”

It noted that it had for years called for the opening of the archives, saying that will “enable objective and open research as well as comprehensive discourse on issues related to the conduct of the Vatican in particular, and the Catholic church in general, during the Holocaust.”

Israel’s foreign ministry also expressed hopes that there would be “free access to all relevant archives.”

Francis expressed confidence it was the right move.

“The church isn’t afraid of history, on the contrary, it loves it, and would like to love it even more, like it loves God,” Francis told staff at the archive.

“Thus, with the same trust of my predecessors, I open, and entrust to researchers, this patrimony of documentation.”

Francis expressed certainty that historical research would properly evaluate Pius’ legacy “with appropriate criticism.”

He said the Pius papacy included “moments of grave difficulties, tormented decisions of human and Christian prudence, that to some could appear as reticence.” Instead, he said they could be seen as attempts “to keep lit, in the darkest and cruelest periods, the flame of humanitarian initiatives, of hidden but active diplomacy” aimed at possibly “opening hearts.”

Monday’s announcement followed decades of lobbying by Jewish advocates for access to the documentation to help answer the long-standing question of whether Pius did all he could to save lives during World War II.

In New York, Rabbi David Rosen, the international director for interreligious affairs at the American Jewish Committee called Francis’ decision “enormously important to Catholic-Jewish relations.”

He noted in a statement that he had raised the issue with Francis and his predecessors in meetings.

It is particularly important that experts from the leading Holocaust memorial institutes in Israel and the United States objectively evaluate as best as possible the historical record of that most terrible of times — to acknowledge both the failures as well as the valiant efforts made during the period of the systematic murder of six million Jews,” Rosen said.

Later this week, it said a delegation of the Committee’s leadership will be given an audience with the pope at the Vatican. The organization has lobbied for more than 30 years for full access to the archives.

Historians will also be keen on examining documents from Pius XII’s papacy in the years after the war ended in 1945.

In 1983, the Vatican dismissed as “absolutely absurd” a claim in a Jewish magazine that the Vatican aided Klaus Barbie and other high-ranking Nazi war criminals in their escape from Europe, along with legitimate refugees, after the war.

Defenders of Pius’ wartime actions have noted that some convents and other religious institutes in Italy helped hide Jews, including during the Nazi occupation of Rome. (Vatican to open archives on Pope Pius XII.)

The professional “holocaustry” industry is concerned only about the exaggerated number of Jews killed by the Nazis, not about the large numbers of Catholics who were put to death at the hands of the agents of Third Reich—and not at all about the very large numbers of Catholics who lost their lives at the hands of the agents of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics during World War II and in the first decade or so of the Cold War. No, only Talmudic blood, most of which is not even Biblically Jewish, is the only blood that matters, something that is in perfect conformity with the racialist view of Jewish superiority found in the Talmud itself.

Does anyone really think that the Talmudists are going to be satisifed if they do not find the nonexistent "proof" of Pope Pius XII's supposed "guilt"?

I do not, and it is really a statement about the nature of the apostate conciliar sect that the Jews get to have, in effect, a veto power over their bogus canonization process. In other words, Jorge Mario Bergoglio will not "canonize" Pope Pius XII without making sure that it is "Kosher" to do so.

Moreover, the report from the Boston Herald quoted just above makes it clear once again that the Talmudists and Zionists treat what they think is the Catholic Church as a suffragan religious sect that is subordinate—and thus answerable—to them and their decision-making bodies. Then again, the counterfeit church or conciliarism is a suffragran religious sect of Talmudism and is entirely at the service of Zionism, which is why “Pope Francis” stopped to pay his homage at the tomb of this false movement’s founder, Theodore Herzl, in 2014 make amends for Pope Saint Pius X’s rejection of Herzl’s request for His Holiness’s support for a Jewish homeland in Palestine (see the appendix below).

It is galling to expedite the process of releasing the contents of the Vatican Archives at the behest of those who still make war against the Holy Name of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and who term as “haters” those Catholics who refuse to concede that the tragic events of World War II constituted the “greatest crime in history” (what our sins did to Our Lord during His Passion and Death on the wood of the Holy Cross is the greatest crime in history) and/or reject the conciliar sect’s heretical contention that the Old Covenant has not been superseded by the New and Eternal Covenant that Our Lord instituted at the Last Supper on Maundy Thursday and then ratified by the shedding of every single drop of His Most Precious Blood on Good Friday.

The historical record is already clear, and nothing contained in the Vatican Archives is going to change what was known during Pope Pius XII’s lifetime and immediately after his death, namely, that his was a lonely voice in the world speaking in defense of those suffering at the hands of the Third Reich and at the hands of the Soviets in Russia and Eastern Europe during the Cold War.

Talmudic Jews have defamed the memory of Pope Pius XII by spreading their odious, malicious calumnies about this undoubtedly prayerful, ascetic pontiff in an organized and systematic manner since Rolf Hochhuth's play The Deputy was first produced in 1963. The Talmudic and Judeo-Masonic propaganda machine has been in full operation ever since.

Not even the defense of Pope Pius XII by a number of prominent Jewish rabbis has been able to overcome the calumnies that have been directed at Pope Pius XII by Talmudic Jews since 1963. A defector from Romania under the late dictator Nicolai Ceausescu, Ion Mihai Pacepa, claimed in 2013  that The Deputy and the propaganda that stemmed from it was encouraged by the K.G.B. of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics in order to defame Pope Pius XII, a firm anti-Communist (in stark contrast to Angelo Roncalli and Giovanni Battista Enrico Antonio Maria Montini), as a sympathizer of the Adolf Hitler's Third Reich:

In “Disinformation” – subtitled “Former Spy Chief Reveals Secret Strategies for Undermining Freedom, Attacking Religion, and Promoting Terrorism” – Pacepa reveals the thinking and approach behind Soviet bloc disinformation operations. He also provides new details about Romania under Ceauşescu, Soviet efforts to implicate the CIA in the Kennedy assassination and Kremlin-directed efforts to frame the Catholic leader during World War II, Pope Pius XII, as being “Hitler’s pope.” (Ion Mihai Papcepa: Hereo to the West and Romania.)

Shouldn't this be proof enough?

Not to the Jews and not their willing stooge, Jorge Mario Bergoglio.

Pope Pius XII defended the rights of innocent human beings in Europe and was praised for it by the editorial writers of The New York Times:

The voice of Pius XII is a lonely voice in the silence and darkness enveloping Europe this Christmas. The Pope reiterates what he has said before. In general, he repeats, although with greater definiteness, the five-point plan for peace which he first enunciated in his Christmas message after the war broke out in 1939. His program agrees in fundamentals with the Roosevelt-Churchill eight-point declaration. It calls for respect for treaties and the end of the possibility of aggression, equal treatment for minorities, freedom from religious persecution. It goes farther than the Atlantic Charter in advocating an end of all national monopolies of economic wealth, and so far as the eight points, which demands complete disarmament for Germany pending some future limitation of arms for all nations.

The Pontiff emphasized principles of international morality with which most men of good-will agree. He uttered the ideas a spiritual leader would be expected to express in time of war. Yet his words sound strange and bold in the Europe of today, and we comprehend the complete submergence and enslavement of great nations, the very sources of our civilization, as we realize that he is about the only ruler left o the Continent of Europe who dares to raise his voice at all. The last tiny islands of neutrality are so hemmed in and overshadowed by war and fear that no one but the Pope is still able to speak aloud in the name of the Prince of Peace. This is indeed a measure of the "moral devastation" he describes as the accompaniment of physical ruin and inconceivable human suffering.

In calling for a "real new order" based on "liberty, justice and love," to be attained only by a "return to social and international principles capable of creating a barrier against the abuse of liberty and the abuse of power," the Pope put himself squarely against Hitlerism. Recognizing that there is no road open to agreement between belligerents "whose reciprocal war aims and programs seem to be irreconcilable," he left no doubt that the Nazi aims are also irreconcilable with his own conception of a Christian peace. "The new order which must arise out of this war," he asserted, "must be based on principles." And that implies only one end to the war. (The New York Times, December 25, 1941.)

No Christmas sermon reaches a larger congregation than the message Pope Pius XII addresses to a war-torn world at this season. This Christmas more than ever he is a lonely voice crying out of the silence of a continent. The Pulpit whence he speaks is more than ever like the Rock on which the Church was founded, a tiny island lashed and surrounded by a sea of war. In these circumstances, in any circumstances, indeed, no one would expect the Pope to speak as a political leader, or a war leader, or in any other role than that of a preacher ordained to stand above the battle, tied impartially, as he says, to all people and willing to collaborate in any new order which will bring a just peace.

But just because the Pope speaks to and in some sense for all the peoples at war, the clear stand he takes on the fundamental issues of the conflict has greater weight and authority. When a leader bound impartially to nations on both sides condemns as heresy the new form of national state which subordinates everything to itself: when he declares that whoever wants peace must protect against "arbitrary attacks" the "juridical safety of individuals:" when he assails violent occupation of territory, the exile and persecution of human beings for no reason other than race or political opinion: when he says that people must fight for a just and decent peace, a "total peace" — the "impartial judgment" is like a verdict in a high court of justice.

Pope Pius expresses as passionately as any leader on our side the war aims of the struggle for freedom when he says that those who aim at building a new world must fight for free choice of government and religious order. They must refuse that the state should make of individuals a herd of whom the state disposes as if they were a lifeless thing. (The New York Times, December 25, 1942. The Christmas Editorials on Pope Pius XII.)

These editorials in The New York Times in 1941 and 1942 expressed beliefs that were held by many in the Talmudic Jewish community during and immediately after World War II, long before The Deputy began to propagandize lies against Pope Pius XII. Further Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir praised Pope Pius XII after his death in 1958 for what he had done to helped Jews during World War II. This article, written by Sister Margherita Marchione. Ph.D., contains a brilliant refutation of the baseless charges still being made by Talmudic Jews that have been responsible, at least in part, for the conciliar Vatican's decision to "slow down" its bogus "canonization" process:

Pope Pius XII was not a German collaborator nor was he pro-Nazi. Neither was he inactive nor silent. As a member of the Catholic Church, I resent the blatant accusations against the diplomacy of the Pope and the Church during World War II. This is not only indecent journalism but it also an injustice toward a man who saved more Jews than any other person, including Oscar Schindler and Raoul Wallenberg. Unfortunately even in the new Holocaust Museum at Battery Park in New York City the Pope is unjustly criticized. It is historically inaccurate to charge him with "silence."

Should the media be allowed to perpetuate such falsehoods? Documents prove that these misrepresentations are untrue. Pius XII spoke out as much as he could, and was able to do more with actions than with words. To the very end, he was convinced that, should he denounce Hitler publicly, there would be retaliation. And there was. Whenever protests were made, treatment of prisoners worsened immediately. Robert Kempner, the American who served as deputy chief of the Nuremburg war-crimes tribunal, wrote: "All the arguments and writings eventually used by the Catholic Church against Hitler only provoked suicide; the execution of Jews was followed by that of Catholic priests."

Pius XII—through his public discourses, his appeals to governments, and his secret diplomacy—was engaged more than any other individual in the effort to curb the war and rebuild the peace. Documents show that Pius XII was in contact with the German generals who sought to overthrow Hitler. Documents also show that the Jewish community received enormous help: Pius XII’s personal funds ransomed Jews from Nazis. Papal representatives in Croatia, Hungary, and Romania intervened to stop deportations. The Pope called for a peace conference involving Italy, France, England, Germany, and Poland in 1939, in a last-minute bid to avert bloodshed.

An interesting document is the testimony of Albert Einstein who, disenchanted by the silence of universities and editors of newspapers, stated in Time magazine (December 23, 1940): "Only the Church stood squarely across the path of Hitler’s campaign for suppressing truth. …The Church alone has had the courage and persistence to stand for intellectual truth and moral freedom." Indeed, executing the directives of Pope Pius XII, religious men and women opened their doors to save the Jews.

Never were the Jews and the Vatican so close as during World War II. The Vatican was the only place on the continent where they had any friends. Pope Pius XII’s response to the plight of the Jews was to save as many as possible. Yet little has been done to stop the criticism of Pius XII that began in 1963, when Rolf Hochhuth portrayed him as a Nazi collaborator in the play "The Deputy." In contrast to the image suggested by this play, Vatican records indicate that the Church operated an underground railroad that rescued 800,000 European Jews from the Holocaust. After a careful study of available documents, whoever is interested in the truth will no longer condemn the actions of Pope Pius XII’s words and the Catholic Church during this tragic period.

An honest evaluation of Pope Pius XII’s words and actions will exonerate him from false accusations and show that he has been unjustly maligned. The Pope neither favored nor was favored by the Nazis. The day after his election (March 3, 1939), the Nazi newspaper, Berliner Morganpost stated its position clearly: "the election of Cardinal Pacelli is not accepted with favor in Germany because he was always opposed to Nazism."

The New York Times editorial (December 25, 1942) was specific: "The voice of Pius XII is a lonely voice in the silence and darkness enveloping Europe this Christmas...He is about the only ruler left on the Continent of Europe who dares to raise his voice at all." The Pope’s Christmas message was also interpreted in the Gestapo report: "in a manner never known before...the Pope has repudiated the National Socialist New European Order [Nazism]. It is true, the Pope does not refer to the National Socialists in Germany by name, but his speech is one long attack on everything we stand for. …Here he is clearly speaking on behalf of the Jews." Perhaps the rest of the world should interpret the Pope’s words as they were meant and, undoubtedly, correctly understood by the Nazis, i.e.: POPE PIUS XII WAS ALWAYS OPPOSED TO NAZISM.

The Jewish Community publicly acknowledged the wisdom of Pope Pius XII’s diplomacy. In September 1945, Dr. Joseph Nathan—who represented the Hebrew Commission—stated "Above all, we acknowledge the Supreme Pontiff and the religious men and women who, executing the directives of the Holy Father, recognized the persecuted as their brothers and, with great abnegation, hastened to help them, disregarding the terrible dangers to which they were exposed." In 1958, at the death of Pope Pius XII, Golda Meir sent an eloquent message: "We share in the grief of humanity. …When fearful martyrdom came to our people, the voice of the Pope was raised for its victims. The life of our times was enriched by a voice speaking out about great moral truths above the tumult of daily conflict. We mourn a great servant of peace." (The Truth About Pope Pius XII.)

David Rosen knows something that Golda Meir did not know or understand over sixty years ago now?

Nonsense.

Admitting that the remote causes for the unrelenting nature of the Talmudic attacks upon the memory of Pope Pius XII stems from a hatred of the Faith and Talmudic Judaism's alliances with all other naturalist and anti-Theistic forces imaginable, including Bolshevism, there is a proximate reason for the calumnies that have been aimed at Pope Pius XII: this Successor of Saint Peter is directly, personally responsible for the conversion to the Catholic Faith of the Grand Rabbi of Rome, Israel Zolli, on February 13, 1945. Rabbi Zolli converted to the true Faith at the hands of Pope Pius XII, taking the baptismal name of Eugenio Maria after the former Eugenio Maria Giuseppe Giovanni Pacelli himself. The fact that a man who came from a long line of Talmudic rabbis dared to convert to the hated Catholic Faith in the final months of World War II in Europe infuriated the devil, who used his legions in the ranks of Talmudic Judaism to make war upon Pope Pius XII after his death and when they knew that his very enemies inside of the conciliar Vatican itself, men whom, most ironically, that Pope Pius XII had appointed and promoted, would do nothing to stop.

Here is Eugenio Maria Zolli's account of his conversion as contained in his autobiography, Before the Dawn:

Rabbi Zolli, did you become a convert out of gratitude towards the Pope, who did so much for the Jews of Italy during the Nazi persecution?

This question was addressed to me, and still is, by reporters. In many interviews (inaccurate or invented) they describe me as answering in the affirmative. Why? I suppose to please readers by providing them with a precise and pleasing explanation. In reality my reply has always been in the negative, but this ought not to be interpreted as a lack of gratitude. ...At the very hour in which the terrible sacrificial rite of blood was initiated, the destruction en masse in the name of race, of nation, of the state, concentrating the three into one factor: blood precisely then, in the midst of so many fanatics, the great Pontiff, unique, serene and wise, exclaims: But the legitimate and just love towards one's own country must not close the eyes to the universality of Christian charity which also considers others and their prosperity in the pacifying light of love! ...Volumes could be written on the multiform works of succour of Pius XII... Who could ever tell what has been done? The rule of severe enclosure falls, everything and all things are at the service of charity. As the sufferings grow, so grows the light from the heart of Christ, and from His Vicar: more vigilant and ready for sacrifice and martyrdom are his sons and daughters in Christ. Young Levites and white-haired priests, religious of alt orders, in all lands, dedicated Sisters, all in quest of good works and ready for sacrifice. There are no barriers, no distinctions. All sufferers are children of God in the eyes of the Church, children in Christ, for them and with them all suffer and die. No hero in history has commanded such an army; none is more militant, more fought against, none more heroic than that conducted by Pius XII in the name of Christian charity. An old priest, who could do nothing further, gathered around him in the church the women and children of the village (the men had been slaughtered outside the village) so that they might die together in the presence of the crucifix. His dead body is thrown upon the altar, where once he celebrated the Holy Sacrifice, and there he lies, himself sacrificed. An army of priests works in cities and small towns to provide bread for the persecuted and passports for the fugitives. Sisters go into unheated canteens to give hospitality to women refugees. Orphans of all nations and religions are gathered together and cared for. No economic sacrifice is considered too great to help the innocent to flee to foreign lands from those who seek their death. A religious, a most learned man, works incessantly to save Jews, and himself dies a martyr. Sisters endure hunger to feed the refugees. Superiors go out in the night to meet strange soldiers who demand victims. They manage, at the risk of their lives, to convey the impression that they have none they, who have several in their care. The attic of one of the great churches in the center of Rome is divided into many sections, each bearing the name of the saint in whose honor the altar below is dedicated. The refugees are divided for the distribution of food into groups according to the names of these saints. Must not the soul of the saint rejoice in such a tribute? Schools, administrative offices, churches, convents all have their guests....

At the first hour of his pontificate Pius XII said: Exactly in times like these, he who remains firm in his faith and strong in his heart, knows that Christ the King is never so near as in trial, which is the hour of fidelity. With a heart broken by the suffering of so many of her children, but with the courage and firmness that come from faith in the Lord's promises, the Spouse of Christ [the Church], advances towards the approaching storm. She knows that the truth she announces, the charity she teaches, and its practice will be the unique counsellors and collaborators of men of good will in the reconstruction of a new world, in justice and love, after humanity, weary of running in the way of error, will have tasted the bitter fruit of hatred and of violence.

Many are the books by statisticians, generals, journalists, and many are the memoirs of individuals concerning this great war. The archives hold quantities of material for future historians. But who, outside of God in heaven, has gathered into his heart the sorrows and the groans of all the injured? Like a watchful sentinel before the sacred inheritance of human pain stands the angelic Pastor, Pius XII. He has seen the abyss of misfortune towards which humanity is advancing. He has measured and foretold the greatness of the tragedy. He has made himself the herald of the serene voice of justice and the defender of true peace.... I did not hesitate to give a negative answer to the question whether I was converted in gratitude to Pius XII for his numberless acts of charity. Nevertheless, I do feel the duty of rendering homage and of affirming that the charity of the Gospel was the light that showed the way to my old and weary heart. It is the charity that so often shines in the history of the Church and which radiated fully in the actions of the reigning Pontiff.

How many conciliar officials write or speak about the Faith in the moving terms that Eugenio Maria Zolli did in his autobiography?

Not many.

Not many at all.

Indeed, they cannot because not even one “conservative” or “semi-traditional” conciliar pretend bishop holds to the Catholic Faith in Its entirety, which means not adhering to it at all. (See  Either the Faith is Had Entirely, Or It is Not Had At All.)

Conciliarism is not Catholicism. They are two opposing religions. This is not a matter of "diabolical disorientation." This is a matter of apostasy, and apostates cannot hold office in the Catholic Church legitimately.

Gee, why is this so very, very difficult to grasp and then to recognize the church headed by the apologist for all things Talmduic, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, is a counter-church that is but the counterfeit ape of the Catholic Church?

The conciliar revolutionaries, led for the past nearly six years by Jorge Mario Bergoglio (does it not seem much, much, longer than that?), are the true anti-Semite as they are content to leave people steeped in a dead, superseded religion in their false beliefs until the moments of their deaths, showing that them to be their enemies unto eternity, not their friends as they are opposing that which can effect their salvation, namely, their conversion to the true Faith.

Alas, Catholics have become so accustomed to apostasy that they do not even blink when a putative "pope" violates the First and Second Commandments by speaking and acting as Bergoglio has done throughout his life as a Lay Jesuit. . Gone from the Catholic consciousness of most baptized Catholics are the truths written by Bishop George Hay over two hundred years ago now:

The spirit of Christ, which dictated the Holy Scriptures, and the spirit which animates and guides the Church of Christ, and teaches her all truth, is the same; and therefore in all ages her conduct on this point has been uniformly the same as what the Holy Scripture teaches. She has constantly forbidden her children to hold any communication, in religious matters, with those who are separated from her communion; and this she has sometimes done under the most severe penalties. In the apostolical canons, which are of very ancient standing, and for the most part handed down from the apostolical age, it is thus decreed: "If any bishop, or priest, or deacon, shall join in prayers with heretics, let him be suspended from Communion". (Can. 44)

Also, "If any clergyman or laic shall go into the synagogue of the Jews, or the meetings of heretics, to join in prayer with them, let him be deposed, and deprived of communion". (Can. 63) (Bishop George Hay, (The Laws of God Forbidding All Communication in Religion With Those of a False Religion.)

Jorge Mario Bergoglio and his predecessors have rejected this. They have preached a false gospel of false joy and false charity whose diabolical roots are now visible without any degree of obfuscation, ambiguity or "clarification."

Keep praying your Rosaries. Entrust all to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary. Pray fervently to Saint Joseph, the Patron of the Universal Church and the Protector of the Faithful.

Cheer up. Worse is yet to come, both civilly and ecclesiastically. We must bear the cross of these times with joy and gratitude. It is a privilege to live in these times with such crosses. Each cross is our path to Heaven. Embrace it well and give all to Christ the King through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Lent is nearly upon us, meaning that it is time to go into the desert to root out the weeds and to shake off the dust of whatever lukewarmness have cropped up in the past fifty-five weeks since the last Lent began. Now is the time to convert. Now is the time to repent and to do penance for our sins. We must beg Our Lady to help us do so in the coming six weeks, four days lest we become as obstinate in our tepidity as the Jews remain in their obstinate hatred for Our Lord and His Holy Catholic Church.

Viva Cristo Rey! Vivat Christus Rex!

Isn't it time to pray a Rosary now?

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us!

Vivat Christus RexViva Cristo Rey!

Saint Joseph, pray for us.

Saints Peter and Paul, pray for us.

Pope Pius XII's Rejectioin of Zionism, January 25, 1904

HERZL: Yesterday I was with the Pope [Pius X]. . . . I arrived ten minutes ahead of time, and without having to wait I was conducted through a number of small reception rooms to the Pope. He received me standing and held out his hand, which I did not kiss. Lippay had told me I had to do it, but I didn’t. I believe this spoiled my chances with him, for everyone who visits him kneels and at least kisses his hand. This hand kiss had worried me a great deal and I was glad when it was out of the way.

He seated himself in an armchair, a throne for minor affairs, and invited me to sit by his side. He smiled in kindly anticipation. I began:

HERZL: I thank Your Holiness for the favor of granting me this audience. [I begged him to excuse my miserable Italian, but he said:

POPE: No, Signor Commander, you speak very well.

HERZL: [He is an honest, rough-hewn village priest, to whom Christianity has remained a living thing even in the Vatican. I briefly laid my request before him. But annoyed perhaps by my refusal to kiss his hand, he answered in a stern categorical manner.

POPE: We are unable to favor this movement [of Zionism]. We cannot prevent the Jews from going to Jerusalem—but we could never sanction it. The ground of Jerusalem, if it were not always sacred, has been sanctified by the life of Jesus Christ. As the head of the Church I cannot answer you otherwise. The Jews have not recognized our Lord, therefore we cannot recognize the Jewish people.

HERZL: [The conflict between Rome and Jerusalem, represented by the one and the other of us, was once again under way. At the outset I tried to be conciliatory. I said my little piece. . . . It didn’t greatly impress him. Jerusalem was not to be placed in Jewish hands.] And its present status, Holy Father?

POPE: I know, it is disagreeable to see the Turks in possession of our Holy Places. We simply have to put up with it. But to sanction the Jewish wish to occupy these sites, that we cannot do.

HERZL: [I said that we based our movement solely on the sufferings of the Jews, and wished to put aside all religious issues].

POPE: Yes, but we, but I as the head of the Catholic Church, cannot do this. One of two things will likely happen. Either the Jews will retain their ancient faith and continue to await the Messiah whom we believe has already appeared—in which case they are denying the divinity of Jesus and we cannot assist them. Or else they will go there with no religion whatever, and then we can have nothing at all to do with them. The Jewish faith was the foundation of our own, but it has been superceded by the teachings of Christ, and we cannot admit that it still enjoys any validity. The Jews who should have been the first to acknowledge Jesus Christ have not done so to this day.

HERZL: [It was on the tip of my tongue to remark, “It happens in every family: no one believes in his own relative.” But, instead, I said:] Terror and persecution were not precisely the best means for converting the Jews. [His reply had an element of grandeur in its simplicity:]

POPE: Our Lord came without power. He came in peace. He persecuted no one. He was abandoned even by his apostles. It was only later that he attained stature. It took three centuries for the Church to evolve. The Jews therefore had plenty of time in which to accept his divinity without duress or pressure. But they chose not to do so, and they have not done it yet.

HERZL: But, Holy Father, the Jews are in a terrible plight. I do not know if Your Holiness is aware of the full extent of their tragedy. We need a land for these harried people.

POPE: Must it be Jerusalem?

HERZL: We are not asking for Jerusalem, but for Palestine—for only the secular land.

POPE: We cannot be in favor of it.

[Editor Lowenthal interjects here] Here unrelenting replacement theology is plainly upheld as the norm of the Roman Catholic Church. Further, this confession, along with the whole tone of the Pope in his meeting with Herzl, indicates the perpetuation of a doctrinal emphasis that has resulted in centuries of degrading behavior toward the Jews. However, this response has the “grandeur” of total avoidance of that which Herzl had intimated, namely that the abusive reputation of Roman Catholicism toward the Jews was unlikely to foster conversion. Further, if, “It took three centuries for the Church to evolve,” it was that very same period of time that it took for the Church to consolidate and launch its thrust of anti-Semitism through the following centuries.
HERZL: Does Your Holiness know the situation of the Jews?

POPE: Yes, from my days in Mantua, where there are Jews. I have always been in friendly relations with Jews. Only the other evening two Jews were here to see me. There are other bonds than those of religion: social intercourse, for example, and philanthropy. Such bonds we do not refuse to maintain with the Jews. Indeed we also pray for them, that their spirit see the light. This very day the Church is celebrating the feast of an unbeliever who became converted in a miraculous manner—on the road to Damascus. And so if you come to Palestine and settle your people there, we will be ready with churches and priests to baptize all of you.

HERZL: [At this point Conte Lippay had himself announced. The Pope bade him be admitted. The Conte kneeled, kissed his hand, and joined in the conversation by telling of our “miraculous” meeting in the Bauer beerhall at Venice. The miracle was that he had originally intended to stay overnight in Padua, and instead, it turned out that he was given to hear me express the wish to kiss the Holy Father’s foot. At this the Pope made no movement, for I hadn’t even kissed his hand. Lippay proceeded to tell how I had expiated on the noble qualities of Jesus Christ. The Pope listened, and now and then took a pinch of snuff and sneezed into a big red cotton handkerchief. It is these peasant touches which I like about him best and which most of all compel my respect. Lippay, it would appear, wanted to account for his introducing me, and perhaps ward off a word of reproach. But the Pope said:

POPE: On the contrary, I am glad you brought me the Signor Commendatore.

HERZL: [As to the real business, he repeated what he had told me, until he dismissed us:]

POPE: Not possible!

HERZL: [Lippay stayed on his knees for an unconscionable time and never seemed to tire of kissing his hand. It was apparent that this was what the Pope liked. But on taking leave, I contented myself with shaking his hand warmly and bowing deeply. The audience lasted about twenty-five minutes. While spending the last hour in the Raphael gallery, I saw a picture of an Emperor kneeling before a seated Pope and receiving the crown from his hands. That’s how Rome wants it.]   (Marvin Lowenthal, Diaries of Theodore Herzl, pp. 427- 430.)
