Playing Into The Enemy's Hand

by Thomas A. Droleskey

Like the aging members of the Kremlin Politburo who were endlessly clinking their glasses to congratulate themselves on the "progress" they had made  in  their revolutionary goal to create the "New Socialist  Man," the aging revolutionaries of conciliarism are endlessly congratulating themselves on how well their revolution against the Catholic Faith has "succeeded."

There is, of course, a kind of perverse truth to all of the self-congratulation offered by the conciliar revolutionaries to themselves and their program of liturgical and doctrinal "innovations" in that their program has indeed resulted in a re-defining of what is believed to be Catholic Faith and Worship in the minds of the lions's share of baptized Catholics around the world. (See They Like It! and Accustomed to Apostasy.)

Never mind the fact that the pews of once Catholic parishes have been emptied.

Never mind the fact that millions of Catholics have lost belief in the sacrificial nature of the Mass as a propitiatory offering for human sins.

Never mind the fact that all but thirty percent of Catholics in the United States of America have lost their belief in the Real Presence of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in the Most Blessed Sacrament.

Never mind the fact that the numbers of priests and religious in the older, established religious communities that were once part of the Catholic Church, have declined dramatically.

Never mind the fact that prominent Catholics attached to the conciliar structures, including "popes" and "cardinals" and "bishops" and public officials and celebrities, dissent openly from articles contained in the Deposit of Faith while maintaining their "good standing" in those structures.

Never mind any of this. The aging conciliar revolutionaries keep telling us that the novelties and sacrileges and apostasies and blasphemies of the "Second" Vatican Council and the "magisterium" of the conciliar "popes" represent "success."

Empirical statistics, in addition to the immutable teaching of the Catholic Church, tell us otherwise.

Consider the following summary of a poll sponsored by the Knights of Columbus about the attitudes of Catholics on a range of issues, focusing specifically on those between the ages eighteen and nineteen years old, those who have been subjected to nothing other than conciliarism throughout the course of their lives:

Religious attitudes of young Americans, and young Catholics hold both promise and challenges for the Catholic Church according to the results of a new Knights of Columbus/Marist Poll.

Some of the good news for the Catholic Church in the survey includes:

• 85% of Catholic Millennials (those 18-29) believe in God.

• The top priorities for Catholic Millennials are getting married and having a family (33%) and being spiritual or close to God (18%).

• 82% of Catholic Millennials believe commitment to marriage is under-valued. 63% say the same about concern for the less fortunate.
• 66% of Catholic Millennials say abortion is morally wrong, while 63% say the same of euthanasia.

• 80% of Catholic Millennials see religion as at least “somewhat important” in their lives. 98% of practicing Catholics agree.

• 55% of Catholic Millennials think that religious values should influence business decisions. 75% of practicing Catholics agree.

Among the challenges for the Church in reaching young people in the United States, the survey found that:

• Nearly 2 in 3 Catholic Millennials see themselves as at least somewhat more “spiritual” than “religious.” On the other hand, 55% of practicing Catholics see themselves as more “religious.”

• 61% of Catholic Millennials believe that it is all right for a Catholic to practice more than one religion. 57% of practicing Catholics disagree.

• 82% of Catholic Millennials see morals as “relative.” The majority of practicing Catholics (54%) disagree.

Despite whatever differences Catholic Millennials may have with the Church, nearly 2 in 3 (65%) are very or somewhat interested in learning more about their faith.

“It is very important for the Church to understand the outlook of the next generation of adult Catholics,” said Supreme Knight Carl Anderson, in Rome for meetings at the Vatican. “Catholic Millennials support Church teaching in a wide variety of areas, including contentious issues like abortion and euthanasia. In other areas, the cultural relativism that Pope Benedict XVI has spoken so much about is very evident, and it confirms the wisdom of his attention to this question as central to the New Evangelization.”

Anderson concluded: “There is much good news for the Church in this survey, especially when we consider that 2 in 3 Catholic young people want to learn more about the faith. The Church has a great opportunity to evangelize, and has much to build on with the next generation of Catholics, but it must act and teach in a way that makes clear the reasons for Church teaching as part of what our pope has called our 'yes' to Jesus Christ." (Knights of Columbus, then click on "News and Events on top," then click on "Opinion Polls" on the right; see also Complete Results of Poll)

"There is much good news for the Church in this survey"? Supreme Knight Carl Anderson is as deluded as the conciliar revolutionaries with whom he is full communion.

"Much good news for the Church in this survey"?

The cultural relativism that is exhibited by so many young Catholics is in very large, although certainly not exclusive, measure the result of the very relativism of conciliarism itself that can make it appear as though it is acceptable to violate the First and Second Commandments with complete and utter impunity as the conciliar "popes" have done by their esteeming the symbols and "values" and places of "worship" of one false religion after another, to say nothing of how the very nature of dogmatic truth itself has been relativized by the likes of the false "pontiff." Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI as an opponent of cultural relativism? No one who violates the First and Second Commandments and who believes and promotes anathematized propositions concerning the nature of dogmatic truth can do anything other than increase the extent of relativism's reach in the midst of the world-at-large.

It is "good news" that eighty-five percent of young Catholics believe in God? What were the beliefs of Catholics prior to the "Second" Vatican Council?

The fact that only twenty-five percent of young Catholics assist at what they believe is Holy Mass at least a month (see complete results of poll, page 8) is more than a "challenge." It is a direct result of the "Second" Vatican Council and the Protestant and Masonic Novus Ordo service and the "magisterium" of the conciliar "popes."

The fact that  eighty-two percent of young Catholic and forty-six percent of practicing Catholics believe that moral values are relative (see complete results of poll, page 14) is more than a "challenge." It is a direct result of the "Second" Vatican Council and the Protestant and Masonic Novus Ordo service and the "magisterium" of the conciliar "popes."

Here are some other results (complete results of poll, page 18) that demonstrate the bankruptcy of conciliarism's elementary and secondary schools and colleges and universities:

  • Twenty-three percent of all American Catholics and thirty-five percent of young Catholics believe that "marriage" between individuals engaged in perverse sins against the Sixth and Ninth Commandments is morally acceptable
  • Twenty nine percent of all American Catholics and twenty-eight percent of young Catholics believe that "marriage" between individuals engaged in perverse sins against the Sixth and Ninth Commandments is not even a moral issue
  • Twenty-three percent of all American Catholics and thirty-seven percent of young Catholics believe that it morally permitted for individuals of the same gender to commit perverse sins against the Sixth and Ninth Commandments
  • Thirty-one percent of all American Catholics and twenty-eight percent of young Catholics do not believe that it is even a moral issue for individuals of the same gender to commit perverse sins against the Sixth and Ninth Commandments
  • Only forty-two percent of all American Catholics and thirty-five percent of young Catholics believe that having a baby outside of marriage is morally wrong
  • Only twenty-nine percent of all American Catholics and thirty-five percent of young Catholics believe that divorce is morally wrong
  • Only thirty-two percent of all American Catholics and thirty-three percent of young Catholics oppose medical research using stem cells from embryonic human beings
  • Only twenty-nine percent of all American Catholics and forty-two percent of young Catholics believe that it is morally wrong for unmarried persons to commit sins in violation of the Sixth and Ninth Commandments

These results are not "challenges." They represent a ringing condemnation of the false "catechesis" of a false religion, conciliarism.

It is not possible for anyone to truly believe in God as He has revealed Himself to us exclusively through His true Church unless he assents to everything contained in the Deposit of Faith. No one who dissents from a single thing contained in the Deposit of Faith believes in the true God of Divine Revelation, and to cite the meaningless statistic that eighty-five percent of "millennial Catholics" believe in God is intellectually dishonest when one examines the actual results of the Marist Poll that demonstrates that most of these "millennial Catholics" have not a blessed clue as to Who God is and what He has revealed to men through His true Church. This is nothing other than the the direct result of the "Second" Vatican council and the Masonic Novus Ordo service and the "magisterium" of the conciliar "popes" that has played directly into the enemy's hand as social decay and statism have conquered, at least for the time being, the direction of our nation.

Pope Leo XIII taught us in Satis Cognitum, June 29, 1896, that every Catholic has to be of one heart and one mind with that of the Divine Redeemer Himself as He has discharged It in his Catholic Church:

Agreement and union of minds is the necessary foundation of this perfect concord amongst men, from which concurrence of wills and similarity of action are the natural results. Wherefore, in His divine wisdom, He ordained in His Church Unity of Faith; a virtue which is the first of those bonds which unite man to God, and whence we receive the name of the faithful - "one Lord, one faith, one baptism" (Eph. iv., 5). That is, as there is one Lord and one baptism, so should all Christians, without exception, have but one faith. And so the Apostle St. Paul not merely begs, but entreats and implores Christians to be all of the same mind, and to avoid difference of opinions: "I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no schisms amongst you, and that you be perfect in the same mind and in the same judgment" (I Cor. i., 10). Such passages certainly need no interpreter; they speak clearly enough for themselves. Besides, all who profess Christianity allow that there can be but one faith. It is of the greatest importance and indeed of absolute necessity, as to which many are deceived, that the nature and character of this unity should be recognized. And, as We have already stated, this is not to be ascertained by conjecture, but by the certain knowledge of what was done; that is by seeking for and ascertaining what kind of unity in faith has been commanded by Jesus Christ. (Pope Leo XIII, Satis Cognitum, June 29, 1896.)

The apostasies and blasphemies and sacrileges of conciliarism that were designed to bring Protestants and Catholics "together" have driven many millions of Catholics out of the true Church and into the waiting arms of evangelical and fundamentalist Protestant sects in many instances. It is one of the most supreme ironies of the doctrinal and liturgical revolutions of conciliarism that the conciliar "popes" and their "bishops" have engaged in the "obstinate wrangling" that is the farce of "inter-religious dialogue" with "mainstream" Protestant denominations (Anglicans, Lutherans, Methodists, Presbyterians, Baptists) while issuing warnings now and again about the "proselytizing" efforts of various evangelical and fundamentalist sects as the members of those sects, rejecting false ecumenism, believe that it is indeed their mission to take advantage of the disarray in the ranks of the counterfeit church of conciliarism to recruit poorly catechized Catholics.

Look at the number of baptized Catholics who have come here from Latin America and have become apostates. Some of these people have returned to their native countries as "missionaries" to take their relatives right out of the Church. The conciliar revolutionaries have played so much into the hands of our enemy, the devil, that they have made it possible for poorly catechized Catholics around the world to become ready prey for evangelical and fundamentalist "missionaries" to abandon any semblance of belief in the Catholic Faith, especially as it relates to the Holy Mass and the Eucharist and devotion to Our Lady and the saints, in order to become "Christians" for the "first time" in their lives.

As always, however, there is a bit of contradiction and paradox in the occasional--and usually rather subdued--criticism of the "sects," as the conciliarists refer to the evangelicals and fundamentalists, by conciliar officials. The lords of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have no problem with members of the "sects" "evangelizing" non-Christians. Indeed, Karol Wojtyla/John Paul II wrote in Redemptoris Missio, December 7, 1990, that "all Christians" have the "duty" to undertake missionary work as they are "part of the Church," meaning that Protestants have a direct mission from God Himself to spread their false version of Christianity among non-Christians. See for yourselves:

Since they are members of the Church by virtue of their Baptism, all Christians share responsibility for missionary activity. "Missionary cooperation" is the expression used to describe the sharing by communities and individual Christians in this right and duty  (Karol Wojtyla/John Paul II, Redemptoris Missio, December 7, 1990, Number 77; CHAPTER VII - COOPERATION IN MISSIONARY ACTIVITY)

[Just a private note to the "Venerable" John Paul II: Pope Pius XII, reiterating the constant teaching of the Catholic Church, explained membership in her maternal bosom a little differently than you did:

[Actually only those are to be included as members of the Church who have been baptized and profess the true faith, and who have not been so unfortunate as to separate themselves from the unity of the Body, or been excluded by legitimate authority for grave faults committed. "For in one spirit" says the Apostle, "were we all baptized into one Body, whether Jews or Gentiles, whether bond or free." As therefore in the true Christian community there is only one Body, one Spirit, one Lord, and one Baptism, so there can be only one faith. And therefore, if a man refuse to hear the Church, let him be considered - so the Lord commands - as a heathen and a publican. It follows that those who are divided in faith or government cannot be living in the unity of such a Body, nor can they be living the life of its one Divine Spirit. (Pope Pius XII, Mystici Corporis, June 29, 1943.)]

It's only when members of the sects begin to violate the tenets of false ecumenism by seeking to proselytize Catholics that they will be criticized by conciliar officials for failing to refuse to "fish" in the ponds of other "believers." Undeterred by such criticism, of course, the leaders of the evangelical and fundamentalist Protestant sects forge right ahead in their efforts to exploit the confusion in the ranks of the counterfeit church of conciliarism throughout the Americas, including here in the United States of America, and elsewhere in the world. The devil uses the confusion in what most Catholics think is the Catholic Church to lead them out of the Faith altogether so that they can have a hatred for the true Faith and thus separate themselves from the Mass, Our Lord's Real Presence in the Most Blessed Sacrament, and devotion to Our Lady, especially through her Most Holy Rosary, once and for all.

Thus it is that the results of the Marist Poll that was commissioned by the Knights of Columbus, which is one of the world's largest insurance companies in addition to serving these days as an enabler of conciliarism and which permits its pro-abortion public official members to maintain their "good standing" in its ranks, are simply the tip of the proverbial iceberg as conditions in other parts of the world, most notably Europe, are far worse than in the United States of America as regards the belief and practices of baptized Catholics and as Catholics in Latin America are under almost constant siege from well-funded Protestant "missionary" groups based in the United States of America. The fruits of concilairism, which most of us know anecdotally from our our first-hand experiences, are plain to see even from the simple empirical facts that are presented with a straight face by "conservative" Catholics as representing "hope" for the future!

We must strive, especially this Lent, which begins just four days from day, to understand, as Pope Saint Pius X taught us, that maintaining the integrity of the Faith is not an "option" for a Catholic. Catholics are not permitted to be "conflicted" and "confused" and then spread their confusion and error in the minds of others:

Watch, O priests, that the doctrine of Christ, not your fault for losing the face of integrity. Always maintain purity and integrity of the doctrine ... Many do not understand the zealous care and caution  that should be used to preserve the purity of doctrine ... When this doctrine can not be kept longer incorruptible and that the rule of truth is no longer possible in this world, then the Son of God appear a second time. But until that day we must keep intact the sacred tank and repeat the statement of the glorious Saint Hilary: 'Better to die in this century than corrupt the chastity of the truth.” (Pie X, Jérome Dal-Gal, OFM Conv., 1953, pp. 107-108).

To Our Lady's Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart belongs the triumph that will vanquish the lords of Modernity and Modernism once and for all. May our own efforts to make reparation for our sins, many though they may be, to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary help to plant a few seeds so that more and more Catholics, clergy and laity alike, yet attached to the false structures of the counterfeit church of conciliarism will leave that false church in order to receive true Sacraments from true bishops and true priests who make absolutely no concessions to conciliarism, men who are never afraid to speak the truth and act with complete integrity in its behalf, knowing that no true pope can do, say or act as the conciliar "pontiffs" and "bishops" have done, said and acted.

Isn't it time to pray a Rosary now?

Immaculate Heart of Mary, triumph soon.
