Implementing Obamadict's New World Order

by Thomas A. Droleskey

The original title that I had proposed to use for this article was "Removing The White and the Blue," signifying the further expansion of statist control over our ordinary lives as represented the version of ObamaCare passed by the United States House of Representatives by a vote of 220-215 on Saturday, November 7, 2009.  The errors of Russia have spread their poisons because neither Pope Pius XI or Pope Pius XII obeyed the request that Our Lady made to Sister Lucia in 1929 to consecrate Russia collegially to her Immaculate Heart.

The request was indeed a simple one, made to fulfill Our Lady's message, given in the Cova da Iria near Fatima, Portugal, to Jacinta and Francisco Marto and Lucia dos Santos on July 13, 1917, that she would come to ask for the consecration of Russia to her Immaculate Heart:

On 13 June 1929 Lucia saw another important apparition involving Mary as she was making a Holy Hour in the convent chapel at Tuy in Spain, as was her custom on Thursday nights from eleven to twelve. She was alone, praying the prayers of the Angel in the dim light of the sanctuary lamp when:

"Suddenly the whole chapel was illumined by a supernatural light, and above the altar appeared a Cross of light, reaching to the ceiling. In a brighter light on the upper part of the Cross, could be seen the face of a man and his body as far as the waist; upon his breast was a dove of light; nailed to the Cross was the body of another man. A little below the waist, I could see a chalice and a large Host suspended in the air, onto which drops of blood were falling from the Face of Jesus Crucified and from the wound in His side.

These drops ran down onto the Host and fell into the chalice. Beneath the right arm of the Cross was Our Lady and in her hand was her Immaculate Heart. (It was Our Lady of Fatima, with her Immaculate Heart in her left hand, without sword or roses, but with a crown of thorns and flames). Under the left arm of the Cross, large letters, as if of crystal clear water which ran down upon the altar, formed these words: 'Grace and Mercy.' "

At this point Lucia explained that she understood the apparition was a representation of the Holy Trinity, as she heard Mary speak to her: "The moment has come in which God asks the Holy Father, in union with all the Bishops in the world, to make the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart, promising to save it by this means. There are so many souls whom the Justice of God condemns for sins committed against me, that I have come to ask reparation: sacrifice yourself for this intention and pray."

Lucia told all this to her confessor who ordered her to write it down, and she also said that later on Jesus had spoken as follows to her: "They did not wish to heed My request. Like the king of France, they will repent and do it, but it will be late. Russia will have already spread her errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions of the Church; the Holy Father will have much to suffer." (Mary's words at Fatima)

Behold the results of the failure by a true pope to consecrate Russia with all of the world's bishops to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. We have the seen the age of false "popes" dawn upon us and the power of the civil state grow exponentially as the errors of conciliarism, which owe so much to the errors of Russia (see Our Lady Does Not Act on Her Own), have been enshrined in the Protestant and Masonic Novus Ordo service, thus making Catholics more and more susceptible to accept the premises of the modern civil state as they reject with horror the perennial Catholic teaching that all men and all nations must be converted to the Catholic Faith, outside of which there is no salvation and without which there can be no true social order.

Catholics who have been "catechized" by the ethos of conciliarism that is enshrined in the Novus Ordo service will follow one of two different roads with respect to the power of the civil state.

The first road is the naturalistic path provided by the false opposite of the "left" that sees in the civil state the means to resolve all social problems. This leftist path of naturalism is premised upon the false belief, derived proximately from the philosophy of John Locke, that men can remake the world by means of the reform of social structures absent any reform of their own individual souls in cooperation with the graces won for us by the shedding of every single drop of the Most Precious Blood of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ that flow into our hearts and souls through the loving hands of Our Lady, she who is the Mediatrix of All Graces. Men can, therefore, remake the world by means of domestic structures and international organizations. These organizations might require a sacrifice of some aspects of the exercise of legitimate personal liberties in order to advance the common temporal good and as individual citizens accept without question the increase of the power of the civil state in order to realize various goals (a "greener earth," a longer life for themselves, a more "equitable" distribution of wealth. Individual citizens are reduced in this scenario to being the mere creatures of the state.

The second road is the naturalistic path provided by the false opposite of the "right" that is premised upon the false belief that it is possible to limit the size and scope of the power of government by emphasizing the primacy of a disordered concept of human liberty that does not admit the fact that the proper exercise of human liberty is contingent upon a due submission in all that pertains to the good of souls to everything that Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ has deposited in the Catholic Church for its eternal safekeeping and infallible explication. Naturalists fail to realize that their inability to to retard the advances of the naturalists of the "left" is the direct result of the fact that it is impossible to fight naturalism with naturalism as they reject the simple truth that Catholicism is the one and only foundation of personal and social order.

Catholics who cleave to the naturalist "left" or the naturalist "right," products of the heresy of Americanism that is so responsible for concilairism's endorsement of "religious liberty" (see Religious "Liberty" and Blasphemy) and separation of Church and State in complete contradiction of the immutable teaching of the Catholic Church, are incapable, it appears, of realizing that it is the confessionally Catholic civil state that is the precondition, although far from an infallible guarantor, of a truly limited civil government that undertakes the common temporal good in light of man's Last End: the possession of the Beatific Vision of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost for all eternity.

Pope Saint Pius X, writing in Vehementer Nos, February 11, 1906, explained this in simple terms that no Catholic can contradict and remain a member of Holy Mother Church in good standing as the teaching he explicated is simply part of the Deposit of Faith that each Catholic must accept in its entirely lest he fall from the Faith in its entirety:

That the State must be separated from the Church is a thesis absolutely false, a most pernicious error. Based, as it is, on the principle that the State must not recognize any religious cult, it is in the first place guilty of a great injustice to God; for the Creator of man is also the Founder of human societies, and preserves their existence as He preserves our own. We owe Him, therefore, not only a private cult, but a public and social worship to honor Him. Besides, this thesis is an obvious negation of the supernatural order. It limits the action of the State to the pursuit of public prosperity during this life only, which is but the proximate object of political societies; and it occupies itself in no fashion (on the plea that this is foreign to it) with their ultimate object which is man's eternal happiness after this short life shall have run its course. But as the present order of things is temporary and subordinated to the conquest of man's supreme and absolute welfare, it follows that the civil power must not only place no obstacle in the way of this conquest, but must aid us in effecting it. (Pope Saint Pius X, Vehementer Nos, February 11, 1906.)

Pope Saint Pius X also explained that there is only one path to true social reform: the true Faith:

Here we have, founded by Catholics, an inter-denominational association that is to work for the reform of civilization, an undertaking which is above all religious in character; for there is no true civilization without a moral civilization, and no true moral civilization without the true religion: it is a proven truth, a historical fact. (Pope Saint Pius X, Notre Charge Apostolique, August 15, 1910.)

Care to disagree with Pope Saint Pius X?

Unfortunately, many Catholics do disagree with Pope Saint Pius X even though Pope Pius XI and Pope Pius XII explained the binding nature of Catholic Social Teaching, finding their secular salvation either in statism or in "conservatism's" fumbling, bumbling, inconsistent and incoherent efforts to retard statism.

It is thus no wonder at all that so many Catholics who are as of yet attached to the structures of the counterfeit church of conciliarism believe that the apparatchiks of the conciliar Vatican and their henchmen in the conciliar "hierarchy" in the United States of America won a major victory when the United States House Representatives passed its version of ObamaCare's nationalization of the health-care industry by banning the use of Federal funds to support the purchase of insurance policies that pay for the "elective" killing of preborn babies in their mothers' wombs. This is, of course, no victory at all as Obama Care of its perverse, statist nature is evil in that it is an effort on the part of statists to control more and more aspects of daily living while continuing to promote one moral evil after another under cover of the civil law.

Here is a very simple rule: Catholics must treat cooperation with Barack Hussein Obama, who was trained as a youth by the Marxist named Frank Marshall Davis (Obama's Communist Mentor), in the same manner that Pope Pius XI forbade all cooperation between Catholics and Communists:

See to it, Venerable Brethren, that the Faithful do not allow themselves to be deceived! Communism is intrinsically wrong, and no one who would save Christian civilization may collaborate with it in any undertaking whatsoever. Those who permit themselves to be deceived into lending their aid towards the triumph of Communism in their own country, will be the first to fall victims of their error. And the greater the antiquity and grandeur of the Christian civilization in the regions where Communism successfully penetrates, so much more devastating will be the hatred displayed by the godless. (Pope Pius XI, Divini Redemptoris, March 19, 1937.)

We recently encountered a married couple who own a motel in northeastern Ohio. The couple emigrated form Poland during the height of the Cold War. The woman, Teresa, told my wife Sharon, "We came here to escape Communism. Now it is here. Where do we go next? We ran away from this and Americans are accepting it without much in the way of complaint."

Let me repeat: Catholics must treat cooperation with Barack Hussein Obama, who was trained as a youth by the Marxist named Frank Marshall Davis (Obama's Communist Mentor), in the same manner that Pope Pius XI forbade all cooperation between Catholics and Communists.

Consider the sweeping nature of the nearly two thousand page version of ObamaCare that was passed by the United States House of Representatives fie days ago now as described by an insightful naturalistic commentator:

President Obama has gone to great pains to deny that his proposed health-care reform is a government takeover of the health-care system.

"Nothing could be further from the truth," he has said.

Yet it's hard to see the 1,994-page bill that the House passed last night as anything else. After all, the bill uses the command "shall" -- as in "you shall do this," "businesses shall do that" and "government shall do some other thing" -- 3,345 times.

Not a great deal of choice or options there.

To make sure that we obey these "shalls," the bill would create 111 government agencies, boards, commissions and other bureaucracies -- all overseen by a new health-care czar bearing the Orwellian title "commissioner of health choices."

All this would come at a true cost of more than $1.3 trillion over 10 years. And virtually every aspect of health care would be subject to federal regulation.

For example, the government would force every American to buy health insurance and would control what benefits those policies must include. Even those who now have health plans and are happy with them would have to switch to policies that include the government-required benefits -- insurance that might well be more expensive, thanks to the new benefits you won't get to choose.

Another mandate would require that even small businesses provide their workers with a government-devised minimum package of insurance benefits. This could cost hundreds of thousands of jobs -- and force some workers to accept insurance benefits rather than higher wages.

Those insurance products that now give Americans the most choice and flexibility would be severely restricted. Health-savings accounts would be almost eliminated and Flexible Spending Accounts cut back.

Even if the final bill doesn't include the so-called public option, private insurance would be so regulated as to become little more than a public utility, operating much like the electric company, with the government regulating nearly every aspect of its operation.

And the public option itself holds the potential for driving most private insurance out of business, with millions of American workers dumped into the government-run program.

Programs like Medicaid, meanwhile, would be dramatically expanded, and federal subsidies would be extended to people earning as much as 400 percent above the poverty level (or $88,000 a year for a family of four), putting millions more Americans on a form of the dole.

Doctors, too, would find themselves micromanaged from Washington. For example, providers who perform too many tests or procedures would see their Medicare reimbursements cut.

That means every time a doctor decides on a treatment, he or she would have to ask: "Does the government think I'm doing this too much? Will I be penalized if I order this test?"

The government would also undertake comparative- and cost-effectiveness research and use the results to impose practice guidelines on providers.

Medicare would see even more micromanagement, as the government develops a "high value" reimbursement system by 2012. (Many "reform" supporters hope to see these guidelines extended to nongovernment insurance as well.)

Finally, Americans would have to pay nearly $730 billion in new taxes, fees and penalties over the next 10 years to fund this huge government expansion.

No doubt, we do need to fix the problems in our health-care system, but health care represents one-sixth of the US economy -- and some of the most important personal and private decisions in our lives.

Given that the government has mismanaged everything from "cash for clunkers" to the swine-flu vaccine (not to mention the Iraq war and the response to Hurricane Katrina), how much of our health-care system do we really want it to control? (Government Force at Heart of ObamaCare)

That the apparatchiks in the conciliar Vatican and their henchmen in the conciliar "hierarchy" are cooperating with this exercise of statism, boasting that they have made ObamaCare "safe" for preborn babies, must be understood as being fully consonant with Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI's desire for there to be a "worldwide political authority" to preserve the inviolability of innocent human life, provide universal health care, protect the environment, equitably redistribute the wealth and provide for conflict resolution among nations--all while respect the principle of subsidiarity he expressed it in Caritas in Veritate, June 29, 2009:

In the face of the unrelenting growth of global interdependence, there is a strongly felt need, even in the midst of a global recession, for a reform of the United Nations Organization, and likewise of economic institutions and international finance, so that the concept of the family of nations can acquire real teeth. One also senses the urgent need to find innovative ways of implementing the principle of the responsibility to protect and of giving poorer nations an effective voice in shared decision-making. This seems necessary in order to arrive at a political, juridical and economic order which can increase and give direction to international cooperation for the development of all peoples in solidarity. To manage the global economy; to revive economies hit by the crisis; to avoid any deterioration of the present crisis and the greater imbalances that would result; to bring about integral and timely disarmament, food security and peace; to guarantee the protection of the environment and to regulate migration: for all this, there is urgent need of a true world political authority, as my predecessor Blessed John XXIII indicated some years ago. Such an authority would need to be regulated by law, to observe consistently the principles of subsidiarity and solidarity, to seek to establish the common good, and to make a commitment to securing authentic integral human development inspired by the values of charity in truth. Furthermore, such an authority would need to be universally recognized and to be vested with the effective power to ensure security for all, regard for justice, and respect for right. Obviously it would have to have the authority to ensure compliance with its decisions from all parties, and also with the coordinated measures adopted in various international forums. Without this, despite the great progress accomplished in various sectors, international law would risk being conditioned by the balance of power among the strongest nations. The integral development of peoples and international cooperation require the establishment of a greater degree of international ordering, marked by subsidiarity, for the management of globalization. They also require the construction of a social order that at last conforms to the moral order, to the interconnection between moral and social spheres, and to the link between politics and the economic and civil spheres, as envisaged by the Charter of the United Nations. (Caritas in veritate, June 29, 2009.)

Although the putative president of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama, wants changes made to the "pro-life" amendment included in the House bill that was passed five days ago, it is nevertheless true that he is joined at the hip with Ratzinger/Benedict and the American 'bishops" in believing in the power of the civil state to cure social problems, including those that exist in the health-care industry, problems that exist precisely because of  the triumph of utilitarianism that has occurred as a direct result of overthrow of the Social Reign of Christ the King wrought by the Protestant Revolt and the rise of Judeo-Masonry. A trenchant analysis of the statist inclinations of the conciliar "popes" has been provided by a man named Cliff Kincaid (newswithviews.com/Kincaid/cliff366.htm), who, though accepting the nonexistent "legitimacy" of the conciliar "pontiffs," understands that the support of the conciliar Vatican and the American "bishops" for ObamaCare represents  a "blueprint for a socialist state." Indeed it does.

Just as George Bernard Shaw, who debated Hilaire Belloc and Gilbert Keith Chesterton, coined the phrase "The ChesterBelloc Monster" to describe his debate opponents, so is it possible for to coin the phrase "Obamadict" to describe Barack Hussein Obama's and Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI's support for statist measures to "cure" social ills that are caused by Original Sin and our own Actual Sins and can only be ameliorated by the daily conversion of individual souls in cooperation with Sanctifying Grace.

We know, of course, that all of this is indeed a Chastisement for our sins, which is why we must live more penitentially as the consecrated slaves of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary. Things, both ecclesiastically and civilly, are going to get worse before they get better. Some of us will be imprisoned for our beliefs. Others of us might lose our lives. Deo gratias!

God has known from all eternity that we would be living in a time when he divisions engendered by fallen human nature would be compounded by the apostasies let loose by the lords of the counterfeit church of conciliarism and the power-grab by statists around the world. He wants us to be become saints in the midst of the Chastisement through which we are living, which is, of course, the exact time that God has appointed for each of us from all eternity to be alive and thus to work out our salvation in fear as members of his Catholic Church. We must not be afraid. We must take shelter in the tender mercies of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus as the devoted clients of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

A reader from Ireland, who has not given me permission to use his name, sent me a holy card of a priest names Father John Sullivan, S.J., not to be confused with the the late Father John Joseph Sullivan who taught me at Holy Apostles Seminary in Cromwell, Connecticut, during the 1983-1984 academic year. The Irish Father John Sullivan, who died on September 21, 1943, had a few spiritual maxims that are very well worth considering as we suffer at the hands of apostates and blasphemers and statists and even at our own hands as a result of the just punishment due for our own sins:

Take life in installments, this day now. At least let this be a good day. Be always beginning. Let the past go. Now let me do whatever I have power to do. The saints were always beginning. This is how they became saints.

We shall acquire personal love of our Lord by going against our own self-love, rooting it out of our hearts. The two cannot exist together. God is jealous of our love. Anything that denies self is an act of love.

The short road to perfection is to keep in close touch with Jesus. "...virtue went out form Him, and healed all." (Luke 6: 19). This happens each morning at Mass. The sick and blind had Him only for a while, whereas we have Him always.

To say "Deo Gratias" to all things is to be a saint.

Have great devotion to the Rosary, teach it to the children. It is the greatest prayer, as it contains the three greatest prayers of the Church.

Excellent advice, wouldn't you say?

Yes, the final triumph belongs to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. We simply have to be patient as we bear the crosses that God has fashioned for us from all eternity to carry, doing so with gratitude, begging him for more crosses, for more humiliations, for more calumnies and misunderstandings so that we might be so utterly crushed to self that He might have some small chance to live in us as we lift high the Cross as His servants through Mary our Immaculate Queen. May this patient endurance of suffering during a time of apostasy from alleged Catholic officials and statism from the leaders of the civil world help us to plant a few seeds for the restoration of the Social Reign of Christ the King and of Mary our Immaculate Queen.

Isn't it time to pray a Rosary now?
