Feast of All Saints
Although it has been three years, seven months since this page was last updated, circumtances require me to do so again as a serious shortfall has occurred as a result of a decrease in the number of those who provide regular non-tax-deductible financial gifts to us as well as the reduction of those unable to respond positively to private requests made to them because of their own diminished circumstances.
I am very much aware that few people will respond to this appeal. However, the need of urgent at this time to meet three of the bigger monthly expenses. Non-tax-deductible financial gifts of any amount would be very much appreciate, and those not desiring to use PayPal can send donations to the following address:
Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey
Post Office Box 263
Corsicana, Texas 75151
Thank you for your consideration of this request.
A blessed Feast of All Saints to you all.
Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.
All the Saints, pray for us.
As a privately made entreaty to provide a non-tax-deductible gift was refused because the donor is supporting others at this time with major expenses--and not wanting to impose upon our the seven or eight people who contribute varying amounts to us each month, it is necessary to have recourse to the general readership once again.
We have had major expenditures (unexpected repairs to two cars, our 2008 minivan and 1981 Ford whose exhaust manifold gave out on us, house repairs, a few medical expenses) that require me to raise between $1500 and $1800 over and above amounts that we should be receiving in a few days from three different people that will total between two-thirds and one-half of the additional amont we need to raise. The situation is so critical that I have had to use part of monies allotted for maintaining a roof over our heads, namely, the mortgage) to pay the bills that were due on the performance of services.
Yes, I am still trying to secure employment as the current state of affairs simply cannot continue. I know this, which is why I spent the better part of the past three days filling out an extensive and very cumbersome job application (one that was done online but could not be saved online). I still have a bit more work to do on it later today before submitting it via snail mail.
We simply need the help of those who have the mean to do so and who support this site's work.
Above all else, of course, I ask the prayers of those of you who support the work of this site but who cannot be of any financial help to us now as it is those prayers that sustain this site in the midst of each of the circumstances that unfold according to the Providence of God so that we can glorify Him as the consecrated slaves of His Co-Equal and Co-Eternal Divine Son, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Donations may be made through the PayPal donation available on this page.
Thank you so very much.
